I am new to this franchise. The sandwiches were great. The bread was tasty. The crust was toasty. The fillings were generous. Lots of vegetable toppings. There was a steady stream of customers, mostly takeout. There's nothing special about the setting. The background music is straight from the coffeehouse station. I like subs, and I have another choice. I'll be back!

Way better than Bruchi's. And doesn't even have large pieces of unchewable cartilage like Bruchi's. Jersey Mike's obviously uses a higher quality meet for their Philly steak and cheese. No disgusting surprises inside these subs, which became commonplace with the place just around the corner.

If you use their app to order food and it never gets delivered they will tell you to call door dash, but door dash says to contact them. Zero support from either party when the order is not delivered. Out $50 bucks because neither jersey mikes or door dash will help.

Tried to pick up an order here, there is no customers in the store, I see my order tag hanging on the rack by itself, and absolutely nobody is making it. Arrived at the correct pickup time, all employees simply doing nothing, telling me it will be "just a sec" until my order is ready. It's not even started and it's the only order in the store right now!!!!!!! Just awful, won't be coming back.

Ordered through uber eats then decided to pick it up instead, which shouldn’t have been a problem. I asked for Mikes way, which includes all the spices, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc, and oil, vinegar. I got tomatoes on it out of everything that they put on it for the Mikes Way. I’m allergic to mayo, obviously they aren’t supposed to know that; hence why I didn’t select mayo 🤦♀️🤦♀️, I ended up getting mayo. They also put the wrong bread. I didn’t ask for pickles, and still got pickles. We also asked for extra bacon, got two pieces of bacon on it. So my entire order was wrong. Also couldn’t get a refund and paid 18.22$ for a sandwich that wasn’t even the correct order .. so, save yourself the time and don’t order through uber eats, or online and just go in and get it yourself.
