Wow! Possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen. To start off, when I walk through the door, there were 2 other customers and 4 staff. I didn't even get as much as a "hey" or "welcome in". Nothing. I then went to the order line for over 10 minutes while 2 people were working on order tickets and 1 person seemed to be in the back doing seemingly nothing. Absolutely unacceptable, and I didn't even get a single work until over 10 minutes later as I was walking out the door to get my food elsewhere.
It is sad, because I had been once before and the service was also not great, but not nearly as bad as this time. And I enjoyed the food. It's just a shame that people working there have no regard for the customers.
Seems like it is not an uncommon issues looking at other reviews for this restaurant.

Terrible customer service. Girl with long brown hair does not listen to you. Puts salt on my salad when I didn’t ask for salt I can’t have it and she gets all pissy about it
