I ordered from here on uber eats. I ordered the club lulu. They forgot the cheese and the bacon. And it just tasted weird. But really forgetting the cheese and the bacon? Plus it was just a mess.

While the food is usually delicious at this restaurant, the customer service skills are sorely lacking. At least, that was my first go around with this chain. The second time? Aka today? Both were subpar, and abysmal. My mom ordered online for me and her to pick up as we were running errands and figured this would serve as a nice pitstop. So, we walk in, and I tell the gentleman I’m there for a pick up order, and he tells me “You need to move over to that side of the restaurant if you’re here for a pick up.” As if my presence was inconveniencing him from the start. Finally, when my mom’s order was ready, the gentleman who handed us the order A: Practically threw it at my mom. And B: In an attempt to look for her, he growled my mother’s name (which is Vicki) like he was either possessed by Satan, or like he was trying to audition for a metal rock band. So that was very unwelcoming. Then, we get home to eat, and upon opening our bag of food, we almost pricked our fingers on the many staples around the bag, and then we were put off by the food. My sandwich (A hunter’s club) has more lettuce than it does anything else! And then my mom’s wrap was so poorly wrapped that her first bite into the thing it fell apart! Yeah, it’s safe to say after today’s go around with these immature people, we will not be back. Cause you know, fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice? Shame on you Jimmy John’s. Shame on you for not giving a crap about how your employees treat paying customers. How truly disappointing.

So I was really looking forward to getting a sandwich at this location but I only had 15 minutes before I had to leave. They're hours weren't posted but the door was open at 10am. Not a big deal but as soon as I walked in I got "we won't be able make you anything for 30 minutes ". Now I understand not being able to serve till you open up ,but then why have the door open if you aren't open. And It would have helped if they had their hours posted on the door

Usually I'm all about Jimmy John's but this morning they couldn't even turn their phones on so I finally ordered one online told them to come to the security entrance of the building that I'm in then he gets to the front door and argues with me I'll not be using Jimmy John's again

Had a delicious “unwich” that uses lettuce instead of a bun. Ordered with turkey, cucumber, onion, spicy peppers, avocado spread and the jalapeño ranch. Great if you want something a little lighter but still really filling. Staff were friendly and my meal was already ready when I had ordered online only 10 mins prior.

delivery dude raised his voice at us and told us to not order beverages because it was hard for him to deliver on his bike. Super rude and unprofessional! don’t have something on the menu if we (in his words) aren’t supposed to order it.BTW- this is the second time it’s happened at this jimmy johns. hire better people

It's currently 6:14 PM, and according to Google, they close at 7:00 PM, but they're already closed. This isn't the first time this has happened; sometimes they deliberately turn off the lights, giving the impression that they're closed. It leads to awkward confrontations when you walk in, and they act as if you're bothering them.
