Ordered extra pickles on my sandwich and they gave me no pickles instead and my whole order was messed up with hardly any extras added on my gf sandwich either. Cheapskates or somthing here 1 star. Lucky there isnt 0 stars

Stay away trash service and under portioned sandwiches.
The sandwiches are under sized unless you tip big and none of the employees that I've encountered seem as tho they want to work here. I'd make the trip to another location if you want Jimmy John's pretty poor 11 dollar sandwich especially when I can go to foot hills yokes and get fire sandwiches with sides for less that 9 bucks

I came in with my family a bit before 4pm, and the ordering process went okay, I had to repeat my entire order twice but that isn't an issue. The issue comes with getting lettuce toasted on my sandwich. Cooked soggy lettuce isn't appetizing.. so I went to have the sandwich remade. The person who made the sandwich argued with me that the lettuce was added after it was toasted, which doesn't explain why the lettuce looked cooked. So I said, I explained again and asked for a refund. Wasn't given a refund but was given a sandwich with the lettuce on the side, that way it can't be messed up. It was still messed up as it was missing half the toppings. Not worth 15 dollars. Won't be coming back to this location.

Employee working the cash register didn’t say a single word to me until it was time to pay. Nothing when I walked in, nothing when I asked how his day was going. Pointed at the keypad and said nothing when I asked I asked to use my rewards points for a free sandwich.
This location has great employees as of August 2025. They make the best ultimate Italian toasted sandwich! But the pickles have become trash, they taste awful these days.

Pulled up at 9:45 and they were very obviously closed when their hours say they’re open til 11. Zero stars.

They have really upped their game. We have gone here for years and about a year ago. The consistency changed and it was rough. Whoever is in charge now is making sure that everything is great. The last time I went there about a week ago it was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had made there. Good job on improving the quality.

I think every time I come in there I have someone who is unkind to me. Which is weird… because yall choose to work there? If you’re unhappy you should find a different place work. They have absolutely 0 customer service. The way they speak to people is crazy. If yall hate your jobs this much… why don’t you leave? lol. Make it make sense. You both were extremely rude when you didn’t need to be. A 2$ difference on a sandwich is crazy to snap at a customer over. I brought you my money. You think you would take that into consideration. You both are rude and monotone and have 0 customer service. Again… if you hate your jobs this much.. just find another employer. There are plenty out there.
