FYI!! My wife and I ordered the new smoked cheddar bourbon club sandwich two nights ago and when we went there today the employee said they didn’t even have it in their computer. It’s on the website and obviously available, but he just flat out turned us away. We went to the north division store and had no problem ordering it at all. Not sure what’s going on at this location here on Mission! Do not go to the location!!!!

This Jimmy John's says open later than most.
I had a typo on my online order. It threw the order time off. We had some difficulty rectifying that, but the staff went over and above to ensure that we quickly received our sandwiches. Thank you!!

I went through the drive-thru and encountered a very rude attendant. When I politely mentioned that one of the four drinks I ordered was missing, he responded dismissively with, ‘I don’t see that, but I’ll give it to you anyways,’ before quickly closing the window. I barely had a chance to show him the receipt, which clearly showed the missing drink. When he reopened the window and handed me the drink, I pointed out the receipt, to which he sarcastically replied, ‘COOL!’ Obviously irritated, I simply said, ‘Oh… ok,’ and he responded with, ‘Whatever!’ before slamming the window shut again.
I was genuinely stunned by his aggression, especially since I was polite throughout the interaction. It was a really bizarre experience, and I won’t be going back. If you’re missing something in your order, think twice about mentioning it, unless you want to be treated poorly for it.

Semi decent greetings when you pull up for a pickup. Always makes a perfect sandwich. I like this location to pickup after work.
Sandwiches are good, but every time I come to this specific Jimmy John's location, it takes over 10 minutes to get my sandwich, today it took 20. It is the only Jimmy John's location I have ever been to to have such a slow turn around for their drive thru, and having worked at Jimmy John's for 3 years in the past, I know this isn't the standard of Freaky Fast service that Jimmy John's holds as the core value of the brand. Staff are friendly, sandwiches are good, but it takes an absurd amount of time to get sandwiches made and in the hands of customers, no matter what time of day it is. Have never even been apologized to for the wait, and after months of this, it still happens everytime I come through the drive thru, regardless of if I am the only customer or not.

Jimmy John’s makes a great sandwich no matter what meat and veggie combination you choose! Their sandwich bread is second to none. The service is always great there. My hats off to those employees who truly care about their customers and take the time to sincerely interact with them on a personal basis. Keep up the good work Jimmy John’s! My wife and I love it no matter where we are.

They called and said that they could not deliver my order because they were too busy. Yet, I paid for the order, and I did not receive a refund. They told me I had to call my bank, and they refused to resolve the issue. So, I paid $34 for nothing. Annoyed.
