They have really upped their game. We have gone here for years and about a year ago. The consistency changed and it was rough. Whoever is in charge now is making sure that everything is great. The last time I went there about a week ago it was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had made there. Good job on improving the quality.

I think every time I come in there I have someone who is unkind to me. Which is weird… because yall choose to work there? If you’re unhappy you should find a different place work. They have absolutely 0 customer service. The way they speak to people is crazy. If yall hate your jobs this much… why don’t you leave? lol. Make it make sense. You both were extremely rude when you didn’t need to be. A 2$ difference on a sandwich is crazy to snap at a customer over. I brought you my money. You think you would take that into consideration. You both are rude and monotone and have 0 customer service. Again… if you hate your jobs this much.. just find another employer. There are plenty out there.

Just went to this location's drive thru, waited easily 15mins for a #10 (hunters club). Only to find out when I opened it that I had paid full price for about 1/4 of the ingredients that go in the sandwich. Not a single veggie was found and only like two slices of cheese and hardly any meat. But oh joy, they remembered to put half the mayonnaise tub on it at least. It's like someone forgot they had to keep making the sandwich. Not impressed for $10, do better.

I had food poisoning from this place about 2 months ago. No way I can prove it bc I had bad stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, chills, and fevers not more than 3 minutes after my sandwich. Not going back to this place.

Disappointed with my visit today. We ordered in the drive through and when I got home all the sandwiches are on bread that is rock hard on the outside. It's expensive for a family to eat out so for us it is supposed to be a treat but after today's visit I will think twice about coming back here.

It's Jimmy John's, mid-tier sandwiches at above mid-tier prices. Delivery is hit or miss. Either it's quite fast or it takes forever, but hey, it's a busy store, dang it. Sounds like they have their driver doing 3 or more deliveries at a time. The fact that they get it to me anywhere near on time is a testament to their drivers and the Spokane Police looking the other way.

105 E Mission Ave, Spokane, WA 99202 a store I have ordered from before. I was told by there employee who answered the phone that they don't deliver to my address. I am less then 2 miles away. Yet there online order through there website would place the order there. So what's the difference.
Closed at 10…. Pulled in at 9:15. All lights were off in the lobby, including the “Open” sign. Went through the drive thru and that light was not lit up either. Called to make sure they were actually open and Google just had the times wrong… but someone answered and said yes, they were open… 🤔 Sandwiches were good but the service was definitely lacking as the window person definitely didn’t want to be there. Maybe that’s why all of the lights were off? 👍🏼

Ingredients are fresh, the store is clean, and the workers are nice. This location is slow to fulfill online orders for takeout, and they consistently make our orders wrong (I do not have a complicated order - turkey tom with extra meat and added provolone). I never get extra meat (as compared with other JJs locations). This last time my sandwich had no extra meat, and had cheddar and added onions; I double checked that I had the right order picked up and it was! It was still tasty thankfully but be prepared for them to freestyle your sandwich.

Having continued issues with this location. Over charged, wrong sandwiches, just lack of care in the quality of the food. This used to be the go to location but there seems to be a serious decline in quality and care. Prices increase and service decreases. Thankfully tonight I was able to get a full refund. Paying for extra meats and toppings is useless if they can't bother to include them. So disappointed in the decline of this location.

Food was good but the high ceilings and workers banging on cutting boards made it super unhelpful to order as I wear hearing aides. I had to raise my tone several times just to be heard and will not be back to order at this restaurant.
