The bread was stale and hard. I had the veggie sandwach. There was about half the ingredients on it compared to other JimmyJohns in Spokane. It was dry and there was only about a teaspoon of Avocado at one end. My daughter commented that her sandwach wasn't as good as at the other restaurant and my 2 yrs old granddaughter couldn't bite into the bread this time. Extremely disappointed. The restaurant was clean.

I order a lot of catering for business events and Jimmy John's is my go-to when I have guests with food allergies/restrictions as they have pretty much something for everyone and they are quick to offer up suggestions when I am unsure of what to order! Their food is always fresh and flavorful. The wide variety of food choices make it easy to find something for even the pickiest of eaters and I appreciate having a healthier option to provide our attendees with, knowing that they are sacrificing taste. Their offer reliable service, excellent communication and my orders arrive on time. I highly recommend them!"
Vegetarian options: There are too many items on the menu to list but definitely vegetarian friendly.
Dietary restrictions: The menu basically offers something for pretty much any restriction.
Parking: Lots of free parking in the shopping complex plus it is right next to Trader Joes for people that like to shop there.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is great for all ages, kids included!
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is easy to access in a wheelchair with plenty of space inside.

Purchased online, Turkey Tom and included a 20% tip. When I arrived at the store, 2 girls were working. One was standing at the register, the other was making a sandwich. The girl behind the register saw me walk in, said nothing and walked away from me, toward the other girl working. They started talking and neither one could be bothered to even say hello to me. I was one of 2 customers in the whole establishment. The other customer was standing in the back near the tables talking on her phone, I assume she had been helped. The girls carried on their conversation ignoring me. After a couple of minutes of not even being greeted, I looked around and saw the shelving with the online orders, took my order and left without either girl uttering a single word to me. Service was awful, sandwich was nothing special, but not the worst, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review. Other mediocre sandwich shops at least have friendly staff. Won’t be back, and wont recommend it either.

I called in a delivery, explained we were in the back yard for instructions. 50 minutes later I call to see where my order is , as I live 5 minutes away. Employee places me on hold, when he gets back on the line he asks " is this the one where you asked to bring it to back back yard?.....they left it on the front porch". Watered down drink and soppy sandwich

I generally love Jimmy Johns. Tonight is the exception. All the lights are on, my husband and I walk in and are waiting to order. The guy behind the counter walks up and tells us he is closed. Um, ok, why is the door unloxked and all the lights on?!!!

Has to be one of the worse sandwiches I've EVER had. Ordered a ham and cheese. They never asked what I wanted on it so all it had was a THIN slice and only 1 small slice of ham and the same with the cheese. It would have been better to give me butter for my bread. It also took at least 10 min. To get that skimpy sandwich. My husband's sandwich was the same. NEVER will I go there again
