I normally have really good experiences with JJ’s but not sure what happened this time. I had two sandwiches and one was good, but this came right out the packaging like this. I did take it back and they remade it as well as comp me a side. I’ll probably be back, it was just disappointing after a long day.

i’m allergic to avacado but i love the veggie #6 so i get it without and 7/10 times they always put extra avacado spread on so it’s literally like a waste of 11 dollars but the food is really good when they don’t make the food with avacado

They have messed up our last two orders. I didn’t say anything the first time because it was online and whatever, things happen but then it happened again when I ordered in store. I didn’t know till I got home so I called to see if I could get a partial refund. 3 sandwiches plus tip cost me $50 (that alone is insane). No refund. She offered to remake them but I would’ve had to go back and pick them up or put a credit on my account. Honestly I probably won’t be back so a credit means nothing. So frustrating. For that kind of money I’d rather just support local restaurants.

Don’t order delivery from this location, I don’t know if they are understaffed or just really unorganized but my office is a 3 minute drive from the shop but I order delivery when I am too busy to get a lunch break. My first order took an hour and 15 minutes, they apparently ran out of bread… so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They didn’t offer any apology or anything just kept saying there nothing they could do. My second and third order both took over 45 minutes to arrive and my toasted sandwiches came cold and soggy. I love jimmy John’s but unfortunately I will no longer be giving my service to this location and continue going to the location downtown that provides insanely better service.

All four of my online orders for delivery in the last year have taken over an hour, before I have to contact the store, where it is then delivered within 10 min.

The customer service for 2 days in a row it's awful. The gentleman that I worked with at the register walked up with the demeanor that he did not want to be there or I was bothering him. When I left, there was even a lady that said, woo, wow, what happened to customer service. I do not mind tipping, but i'm not tipping anymore. With that kind of customer service.

The bread was stale and hard. I had the veggie sandwach. There was about half the ingredients on it compared to other JimmyJohns in Spokane. It was dry and there was only about a teaspoon of Avocado at one end. My daughter commented that her sandwach wasn't as good as at the other restaurant and my 2 yrs old granddaughter couldn't bite into the bread this time. Extremely disappointed. The restaurant was clean.

I ordered a pickup, the lettuce was rotten and smelled. The sandwich was also super thin.

I order a lot of catering for business events and Jimmy John's is my go-to when I have guests with food allergies/restrictions as they have pretty much something for everyone and they are quick to offer up suggestions when I am unsure of what to order! Their food is always fresh and flavorful. The wide variety of food choices make it easy to find something for even the pickiest of eaters and I appreciate having a healthier option to provide our attendees with, knowing that they are sacrificing taste. Their offer reliable service, excellent communication and my orders arrive on time. I highly recommend them!"

Vegetarian options: There are too many items on the menu to list but definitely vegetarian friendly.

Dietary restrictions: The menu basically offers something for pretty much any restriction.

Parking: Lots of free parking in the shopping complex plus it is right next to Trader Joes for people that like to shop there.

Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is great for all ages, kids included!

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is easy to access in a wheelchair with plenty of space inside.

They threw tomato slices and pickles at me. Sandwiches were so-so. Do NOT ask them what they do in the back. You don't want to know.

My order was correct and I appreciate that! I tried this JJ location because my order was wrong twice in a row from the East Mission store.
