Hold on while I take two trips to my car to find a spot to put 4 drinks because they don't have carriers......Once I got home I realized they didnt label any of the sandwiches i input names for. I love the beach club and they are good about adding extra mayo and the freebie add ons for me. I always get a regular size. My boyfriend likes to get the giant sized roast beef and hw always seems quite happy with it. He generally has half to take home. The chips are good as well and it felt like my bag of original Jimmy chips was never ending. I'm also super happy that they have Mountain Berry Blast Powerade. My only complaint is that they always, always, always forget to cut my sandwich in half no matter how many times I tell them. I really think they should start carrying knives so I can cut it in half. Sometimes if I haven't started eating it yet, they will take it back behind the counter and cut it in half. It drives me nuts when they don't cut it in half because the sandwiches are so big that I can't hold the entire things without making a huge mess and plus it's awkward that way. They also have big and tasty pickles. I decided to add pickles to my beach club and I really enjoyed it. 😊
Vegetarian options: My mom always got the vegetarian and she really liked it.
Dietary restrictions: They are good about working with my allergies.
Parking: There was parking hut the lot is kind of set up weird and where we finally found parking must've had a huge pot hole in it because there was a giant puddle and I had to stretch out from the car to the curb to try to avoid the puddle which was awkward. Luckiky I didn't fall in.
Kid-friendliness: They do have smaller sandwich sizes and sandwiches 🥪 with less toppings so I'm sure a kid could find something to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: I remember at least 1 wheelchair spit because we parked next to it.

I went through the drive through and when I went to eat my sandwich realized it had been thrown together, and all of the lettuce was wilted, brown and black. Manager offered no solution I had to suggest they remake it or refund me because he seemed like he had no idea how to resolve the issue, doesnt seem like he should be in charge. Service was bad staff seem like they need a lot of training. I regularly love Jimmy Johns and it kills me to write a review like this.

I always get my Jimmy John's from the Division store. Usually, services had been fairly good. But the last two times I ordered sandwiches from there, I ended up with severe gastrointestinal distress, aka food poisoning. I know this for a fact as on both occasions, their food was the only thing I ate. And I do not go out of my house unless it is absolutely necessary, i.e. doctor appts. I'm a shut-in for the majority of time, so it was not a stomach bug.
Trying to ascertain information from that store has gotten on my last nerve. I will never spend a dime there again.

Literally the worst run Jimmy John's of any location I've ever been to. The staff is horrendous and the service is EXTREMELY slow, that is if you can even get service. I have sat in the drive thru before and waited and waited and waited on to drive off to somewhere else because nobody ever comes on to take an order. I am even a former Jimmy John's employee(not this location) and am well aware of what goes into working there. The management/owner must really either not care or not know what actually goes on in the shop. A drive thru full of cars that can't get any service and has to go elsewhere, delivery orders that are never on time. Slowest location in all of Spokane and surrounding areas. FREAKY SLOW AND FREAKY TERRIBLE service.

I wish the meat was fresher. There are times where the meat is tasty and delicious. Other times it leaves me wanting, the toast beef may be brown and slightly unpleasant smelling. It's disheartening. Also, are you legally allowed to charge tax on delivery fees?
