I have ordered the same sandwich every time.. they delivered wrong sandwich. I tried to call to correct it . They basically said I was a piece of trash.. don't order from this location.. they treat you like garbage. I spent so much money. And tip well. They don't care.. I was a regular. They are so disrespectful it is disgusting..

The staff was very unfriendly and disrespectful. The sandwiches were not good. The bread was hard. Lettuce was wilty. No mayo was on it. Whike eating there another staff member came to work and propped her phone up and just watched a movie. The volume was up loud enough for everyone in store to hear. She was not working at all.

This location always messes up your order. Every single time I have ordered from them they either forget something or give you the wrong order. If you call them to get it corrected or get the missing item they try to talk you out of it like it should be no big deal even though you paid for it. They will even go as far as asking you to come pick up the missing piece or pieces of your delivery order so that they dont have to deal with it. Unfortunately for me this is the location that delivers to my area. I wish it wasn't, I dont have this problem with the other locations in town.

I order online and I don’t get the notification that my order is ready until about an hour later. They never get my simple customizes right, my sandwich is never made the way I like. I’ve never had these issues at any other location. The service is also not good.

This place has gone downhill the past couple of months. 3 times I have stopped by and they say they are out of French bread. This is typically after 6 p.m. Don't know if there was a change in management. It just has changed from the super fast sandwhich shop it use to be. I went there last week and the ingredients on my sandwhich was less than what they typically do.(small handful of lettuce and a couple slices of meat) I stopped eatting at subway when they did this. It appears based off similar reviews this has become the norm at this location. Based off other reviews they don't care, they just want you to go to another website. I do not think I will go back to this location which sucks because I use to love this location and Jimmy John's.

This location on 6500 N Division has the absolute slowest drive thru..... If you're on a time restraint there is nothing "freaky fast" about this place.

I order from the downtown store a few times a year at work and they do a great job. This sandwich from this store was the sloppiest, most flavorless, over toasted brick I could have received. Very disappointed. Everyone deserves another chance. I will update this review if I ever decide to order from this location again and have a better experience.
