Unacceptable drive-thru wait times. I stopped at this location today and there was one car ahead of me & one car behind me. It took 15 minutes before the car ahead of me had their order taken. In total, it took 28 minutes to fulfill my order which was a turkey sandwich and a Dr. Pepper. There were 4 employees behind the counter and zero dine-in customers. Freaky Fast??? I’d avoid this location.

Man... I despise writing bad reviews and never do it, but damn.... The kid taking the orders was on a different planet. Had to repeat my order multiple times, be rung up twice, and still have the simple request of "no mayo" on my sandwiches be unfulfilled. I was super happy to find that when I got home... Thanks.Personally, I find mayo almost as disgusting as the guy behind the counter that was chewing his thumb nail off.Chips were good though.

I placed an order and they forgot my drink. I called and they said the delivery driver was onto other orders. Well, mine should be completed. They said they’d give me a drink on my next order. I needed it now, I’m sick and unable to leave and really needed that drink. I called back and said it’d be delivered when she can. Nice priorities. Then he hung up on me like I’m an annoyance. I’ve never had a problem with JJ’s before today. And I’m less than a mile away. Ridiculous and rude.
