Ordered a chicken wrap, got home & there's absolutely no chicken inside the wrap. Not sure how you forget the chicken in a CHICKEN wrap...it's not like they were busy-i was literally the only person in there.

We have ordered several times. Sandwiches have always been so good! Today, however, was not the case. Bread was dry/stale. Sandwiches were not as favorable as they have before.Not sure that we will order again. Bummer.

I have a kiddo who has food allergies and after looking at the allergen info online I'm concerned. It says there is no soy in Hellmans Mayo and that is the 1st ingredient. Hopefully none of the other allergy info is wrong or you could be killing someone's kid. The employees really do take precautions not to cross contaminate tho.

Definitely our favorite speedy sandwich shop! Delicious, chewy, fresh baked bread, fresh toppings of tomatoes, lettuce and onions and good portions of meat. 'Freaky fast' service and sandwich preparation.. the Mission location is always clean, friendly and quickly makes your order...Go there!! ?

Order was ready when we walked in and the staff was super friendly. The food was delicious as always.
Ok so I've given this place many opportunities but I think I'm done giving them the chance to provide decent sandwiches. The bread seems always be stale, toppings skimpy and the staff seems annoyed with customers for no reason. I assume this is a franchise location. I've found that Jimmy John's in general can be hit or miss. This place is a miss.

Ordered from here a lot recently, customer service is usually nonexistent when I pick up through the drive thru. No hey, hello or thank you. Got delivery today and none of my extras were on the sandwich. I know the add ons are free, but I still spent $30 and expect my order to be correct. Disappointing.

This is like the third time this has happened. An item is accidentally left out so I call to tell the restaurant and some dude answers but he just breathes weird into the phone. Like a moist breathing kind of thing. I just want my chips.

I do not recommend this location. They are the closest Jimmy Johns to whitworth college too and it is unfortunate. When you need a quick bite to study; don’t go here. I had to drive my order back into the facility tonight for a refund. They gave me a refund after I squeezed the sandwich at the counter and all the sauce came piling out. I took one bite of soggy bread and mayo and it prompted me to take my order back to the hasting location. After a mouthful like that, I don’t think I ever need Jimmy Johns again. The counter representative offered me a free sandwich for next time and I declined.

About half the toppings I ordered. Barely even has any ham. One slice of ham for the whole sandwich? I’ll give two stars simply for the fact that you delivered it quickly but the sandwich is terrible.
