Staff is quick, friendly, and efficient. Food is excellent. Definitely worth visiting. Love the QR code ordering from the table. Limits errors and gives us time to make decisions, then food appears at the table right away. Excellent for food restrictions.

This was not our first time at Kasa, but it was our most unfavorable.It was a busy day today with an event downtown, yet we were still sat promptly. We put our food in within about 10 minutes of being sat and drinks to follow on another order. The beers were wrong due to an error on the website overriding a previous selection and I had to get my own drinks from the bar after watching them sit on the counter for 5 minutes (I was given permission to take them from the bartender.)The food took 40 minutes to come out and we ordered a Caesar Chicken foldable and a crispy chicken salad. 40 minutes for fried chicken and salad. After the food came out, they then brought a second round of the same exact dishes to our table so they were double made by the kitchen.The Caesar Chicken foldable was very good, but the same fried chicken that came with my spouse’s salad was tasteless and cold. Garlic bread and chutney was delicious. Staff was very nice and apologetic about the wait as it was busy but this experience was very uncharacteristic of previous visits to Kasa. Hopefully this will change when we return next time, but I cannot give a higher rating until then, especially after spending $100 for lunch.

I ordered a bacon burger plain & they messed it up, they offered to replace it but then they brought me a burnt bun & meat. Then I asked if I can just get a cold bun so I can atleast eat my food, but they did end up bringing a nice bun but still with burnt meat which costed $20 which is crazy for a burnt nasty no flavor burger. Even the bacon was burnt lol. I should’ve gone to mc Donald’s. But the 2 male servers were nice but the female server had an attitude since the start for no reason. Sadly I didn’t take a picture of the burnt food I just threw it away. But the pretzel bites were good should’ve just stop there

I actually applaud how they have you order. In dealing with today's workers, how can you blame them? The food was good. Honey, hot chicken sandwich was a whole lot of sweet and not hot at all. Fries are kind of described as if they were fresh cut but they are the coated frozen fries that so many other restaurants are using. With that said, the service was friendly, and the food was good.

Wow! The food blows me away. It is some of the best in town. My. Friends and I went here for restaurant week. We tried the soup, salads, and hummas. All were fresh and flavorful. I had an amazing pulled pork sandwich, different from most, but still great. Others had the curry and loved it.The people are wonderful and helpful. They were all very nice.Loved everything about this place
The food was fantastic and service was very friendly. We enjoyed our visit and will be back. Our only complaint would be the booth table and chairs being very uncomfortable. We moved out of a booth to a table with chairs because they were that bad.

First time visit to Kasa Taphouse, they didn't disappoint! Service was great! On Sunday 1/2 price mimosas are a great idea. We shared the burger and red curry bowl. Both were super flavorful and huge servings. We'll be back soon!!!
