Although the door says lobby is open till 10 pm, it was locked at 9.45pm. Good customer service nonetheless and not a lot of wait at drive thru.

The level of sheer incompetence at this location is just astounding. Please hire just slightly better employees who can actually take orders, prepare food, and do it with just a tiny semblance of capability. I will not be returning to this location

When I stopped for the $7 fill up original bowl promo, I added a small cole slaw on the side. My order total was $15.90 before tax, so I was charged over $8 for a small cole slaw? Your math isn't mathing people. The bowl was a little stingy also. Don't promote your deals on the speaker then not charge the promotion price. Very disappointed, as this is the KFC on my way home from work.

Atmosphere was clean, young man tidying was very kind, cashier was a bit brusk, neglected to put silverware in our family meal purchase. The chicken was actually not great. The sides were good. Will try again at another time and location, but we were traveling cross country and wanted some familiarity after backpacking...didn't find that in the original recipe chicken we got.

My fiancé got two famous bowls and a kids meal.. the chicken was not completely cooked for any of the three meals.. will never be going to that location again
