the slowest kfc in town
I normally get pretty good service here, but tonight it was absolutely horrendous. I went in to pick up a doordash order, and as I walked in Mark looked at me and immediately turned away to do something else. He proceeded to ignore me for almost 10 minutes while I waited to pick up this order, then spoke to me with a bunch of attitude and irritation in his voice, almost as if I had inconvinced him just by being there. Definitely disgusting behavior, especially from someone who appears to be the manager. I will not be going back to this location.

Just like most other monopolies KFC is just a big joke. It would be just fine if they weren't scam artists. They give you all these points in the app but then you can't even use the points to buy anything, I literally have almost 1500 points but everything I order it says it's not available, and then when I tried to get one of their other deals it just refuses come and then when I call the store they give me a 1-800 number that rings once and then just answers, nobody says anything it just stops ringing. I'm so sick of monopolies and the way they treat people. It's like they don't even try anymore.
Don't even get me started on the druggies they hire

Ordered 3 piece chicken tender got the soda in drive and waited 20 min. Went in management was rude so left with no refund and 9$ soda

I was overcharged for my food and not given what I payed for and when I called and asked about it I was laughed at by a manager who's name she did not give up on my asking all she said is that this is not her regular store to work in and that she was busy and I was taking up her time and there is nothing she could do for me for my inconvenience that I pretty much was supposed to be thankful for getting ripped off for my money and not getting what I ordered and that somehow I was supposed to say thank you for it all

Not always the safest with other customers but whatever the food is fine,.double check your order. It's KFC you know what it is.

Horrible customer service. Was waiting for 15 minutes and not one employee looked or said a word to me. They were all complaining to each other. Jessica was one of the employees and they should all be fired honestly. Left without ordering since nobody wanted to take my order! Literally 15 minutes passed then I left and went to the division location.

This was one of the nicest KFC's I've ever been to! The restaurant was very clean - all of the tables were wiped down, the floor was swept, and the booths were clean. The employee at the register was very polite. (My receipt said his name was Dron, but I am not sure if that is correct.) The manager/supervisor was present, though I didn't get his name. Another customer suspected her chicken wasn't fresh, so he made her a completely new meal and didn't seem disgruntled in the least. My partner and I both agreed that our food was definitely fresh and very flavorful. I could tell the grease used wasn't old, which is something I've experienced at multiple other locations throughout the country. I am not a big fan of fast food for a multitude of reasons, but I would definitely recommend this specific location. Great job, employees!
Parking: Small lot. Easy to miss when heading Eastbound, as the entire building and parking lot is blocked by another building.

We went and picked up our mobile order, which, keep in mind had been sitting there for about half an hour before we picked it up. We were just fine with our order until my mom found a feather in her drumstick and it was fully cooked meaning it had passed quality check if there was one... And to round that all together, I called them and I told the manager what happened and what we found, and she completely blew me off and tried to blame us saying that "our food had been sitting there for 2 AND 1/2 HOURS and no one came to pick it up" when it had only been there for, as I said, half an hour. I can tell she didn't even try to check the systems either to check when we'd placed the order as well. she just made that number up on the spot. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Employees act like they don't even want to be there. Finally able to give are order to receive it with everything wrong. Ga ve us someone else's or just plain screwed up. Wanted forever as well then to get wrong order and have to water anther fifteen minutes. Seriously horrible service and they didn't even seem to care. Then second order ee order the three piece chicken legs and ended up with three wings. Hmmm well do we really want to water another 15 minutes? Nope just won't go back to KFC.....
