I can't believe it was like the best KFC I've had in years. Their biscuits were so fresh. Everything was 5 star. I wish that all the other KFC were like this location,

Food was good but when I opened the box to eat my chicken from my $7 box I found a piece of hair connected to one of my chicken strips. I will be coming back to eat y’all’s food but I’m disappointed for the fact a piece of hair was on my food when I get home and first open my box.

It’s KFC… nothing new there. The person taking my order sounded about as excited as a sloth taking a shortcut. Place was clean but it was still a cold atmosphere.

Placed an online order that said would be ready at 11:55. I arrived at 11:59 and was told we where waiting on chicken… it’s lunchtime and there wasn’t any other customers in the store just 4 employees walking around in the back and they are out of chicken.. finally get my meal and get back to work only to realize that they didn’t include any of the strawberry ppppers that where suppose to be with the meal nor any of the sauces for strips. Pretty disappointing considering that they didn’t appear to be busy and could have made sure everything was in the bag while waiting for the chicken to be done.

Chicken was good, but I’m glad I didn’t just take a bite out of the biscuit. I cut it open and there was mold or something on the inside. Kindof lost an appetite for kfc after that.
Pieces of chicken were tiny & you couldn't even tell what it was. Also I asked for butter & honey pkts for our bisquits 2 times & the gal said oh yes they are in the bottom of the bag. We only had 2 bisquits & no butter & honey!!!! But it made me angry. I don't think I'll go back due to small tiny pieces of chicken & NO butter & honey for our bispuits! Not good for business folks. 👎

Check your order before you leave! They put my mashed potatoes and gravy upside down in my bag and was missing food i paid for. Utensils would of been nice also.

We placed an order on the app but when we arrived the store couldn't seem to locate the order for a few moments.
When they finally located the order, they told us it would be ready in a few and to wait. We waited for about 40 min and then approached them asking where the order was, several people had passed through already.
Our order was on the counter apparently, now cold and also incorrect.
Attempted to call but no one would answer the phone.
