The best team at any KFC location ever. Service has always been great but today was especially amazing. They really blessed this pregnant lady’s craving ❤️ My fiancé called to check on the availability of spicy famous bowls - As they’re seasonal/ limited edition. Not only did the team make it happen despite being off the menu; They gave me an extra! Their generousness has not gone unnoticed, I’m so grateful for their kindness! Thank you to those helped make this happen; it really made my night! (12/15/25)

This place sucked, me and my family were down for my little ones ear nose and throat appt and afterwards came here. It was not the greatest. Parking lot had trash, the inside was so so. They've basically made it to where you don't even talk to employees, the kiosk takes your order. There was no smiling, no hey how ya doing, no nothing very get in and get out environment. Didn't like it. I like to meet people. The food was not that great. Did they change the recipe? Not only that but I don't remember a BJ ticket of chicken costing 25 bucks out the door without add ons..

Forgot our chicken nuggets that came with the 2 meal deals we ordered online also forgot our gravy. I had to go back total 20 min drive. BUT I DROPPED A SUGGESTION THAT DUE TO OUR INCOMPLETE ORDER THEY SHOULD GIVE US A FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE. AND THEY DID! SO AT THE END IF THE SAY IT WORKED IUR PRETTY GOOD

No service, worker walked away when I Approached the counter to order. Next couple ( mexican ) walked up now 3 employees stepping up to help them. A white elderly male wants in, no response, when he asked for help he was told the kiss and pointed at it. Prejudice is strong in this business.
Earlier group that was served went to get something else and was immediately help by male staff that refused to help the White male. This is bs
Clearly the owners and management don't care, How the staff treat some customers because of their skin color.

Stole my money!! After accepting my $22 payment, I was $3 short at the self serve kiosk. In moving the transaction to the counter, they tried to charge me full price again! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! I had to dispute the charges at the bank! DO NOT USE SELF SERVE KIOSK THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU ARE SHORT!!!

Recently we tried KFCs re-release of their BBQ chicken. My wife and I have fond memories of enjoying the KFC BBQ chicken from our childhood, but this fell far short. The version of yesteryear used to slowly bond sauce with chicken, forming a drool inducing glaze that was irresistible. The crap we were given last week tasted like their Original Recipe that was hurriedly dunked in sauce and tossed unceremoniously into the basket. The sauce wasn't glazed onto our pieces, and the chicken meat did not have time to marry with the sauce. Shame on you KFC! The Colonel is rolling in his grave!

Everytime I come here I ask one simple thing, no mayo. Yet everytime something is left with mayo. The customer service was trash, very rude people.
Just ordered from kfc for the first time in years and when I went in to pick my food up I asked if all the food was in the bag because it was one bag and my order was quite big and the lady worker looked at me and replied “duh” very rudely. Also when I ate my food the apple turnover smelled like plastic and tasted bad but that could just be my opinion I’m sure some people like it, the rest of my food was good so it wasn’t a big issue but the workers attitude was disgusting!
