Pieces of chicken were tiny & you couldn't even tell what it was. Also I asked for butter & honey pkts for our bisquits 2 times & the gal said oh yes they are in the bottom of the bag. We only had 2 bisquits & no butter & honey!!!! But it made me angry. I don't think I'll go back due to small tiny pieces of chicken & NO butter & honey for our bispuits! Not good for business folks. 👎

Check your order before you leave! They put my mashed potatoes and gravy upside down in my bag and was missing food i paid for. Utensils would of been nice also.

We placed an order on the app but when we arrived the store couldn't seem to locate the order for a few moments.
When they finally located the order, they told us it would be ready in a few and to wait. We waited for about 40 min and then approached them asking where the order was, several people had passed through already.
Our order was on the counter apparently, now cold and also incorrect.
Attempted to call but no one would answer the phone.

Terrible , currently inside sitting in eating my food and the customer is sorry asf . I been in this bih 10 not one person say anything to offer help . Then get my order wrong forget my drink I walk up to counter takes another 10 mins just to get a drink cup . The food is actually decent but if you’re in a rush down go dine in here .

The chicken was slimy and gross. This is supposed to be a chicken restaurant but the chicken is trash. The nuggets were overcooked and tasted old and the soda machine was broken and had no carbonation. Plus there’s no paper towels in the bathroom.
