Me and my husband came by at 11pm to get their Wednesday special and we ended up getting super salty fries, no sauce, and the chicken sandwich was hardly warm. We tried calling the next day to let them know and they hung up on us every time. It’s obvious they do not care about their customers so I seriously doubt they care about the quality of their food too.

3/5/25 11pm received food that wasn't fresh and fries that were so covered in salt they weren't edible didn't receive the kfc sauce we asked for eaither called the next day to let them know of their service and they are constantly hanging up the phone after putting you on hold as well

Shout out to Josiah! I came in on a small break for 2 chicken littles., I went inside thinking it would be quicker/hoping not to get stuck in drive thru. Well i ended up in full bi*** mode by the time I could have made it through the drive thru at least 3 times over!😫 Josiah understood, and helped get my order out quickly!
Josiah (and an older taller gentalman usually working toard the back)have been one of the only few team members there that I've noticed to have any sort of friendly/kind/professional additude toards their customers in the past couple months I've been consistently comming in. And I just wanted to thank the employees who make my visit in plesant, who can at least fake a smile an, attempt more then a tone filled with additude, or even just giving acknowledgement of being there!

We got our food delivered but they forgot all of our sauces and we had a huge amount of food...when we called they said to call door dash but it was KFCs fault not door dash. The receipt shows we ordered the sauces and it say they double checked the order....bullcrap!

You have to check out the deals they have here and there sometimes they are really worth it, my husband and I have been getting the bucket of chicken (8pieces)for $10! I feel that's phenomenal!

We ordered the 16-piece original recipe family meal. Disappointing chicken inside the top of the bucket was dry and lacked the kfc flavor. I'm pretty sure it could have been the crunchy fried chicken instead, but again, Drrryyyy. Again Disappointing for $60+ dollars. I gotta say it again DISAPPOINTING! Come in KfC on 29th, you know this man!!!
Really busy. Lots of customers waiting. But, the employees were going their absolute slowest they could. The food was still quite good. No issues there.
