Haven't been to KFC in years, saw some Ads that looked really good. So I thought I'd give it a try and boy, was I disappointed. We ordered spicy chicken strips, got regular. The biscuits were so dry, they crumbled in your hand and they were crunchy as you ate them.
I asked for fresh cooked chicken for my sandwiches when I put in my order. The lady at the front counter was amazing. But a woman came out of the kitchen a few minutes later and told me that the chicken was only 10 minutes old and was that okay to use I told her no I preferred waiting. She gave me an evil look and stormed off into the kitchen I think her attitude sucks. But everyone else there was very nice and the restaurant was spotless.

I ordered a delivery and my food was cold. Not because of the delivery person, but because the way they package shit for delivery.
They package two different meals separately even though it's going to the same place.
The coleslaw for both meals was packed separately, with what we're supposed to be hot sandwiches on top of the cold coleslaw.
If there are two different bags going out you could package all of the cold stuff in one and all the hot stuff in the other. It's not only that the sandwiches were cold, but also that that's health concern. Just like cold chain. Or heating practices. It could literally make somebody sick!!
