We went in last night & Kevin the general manager was more than helpful. They were short staffed but he was friendly and our entire order was correct. I’ve never had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant. Definitely will be back!

The chicken tenders were dark brown and inedible. No fries provided with my combo meal. No butter or honey provided for biscuits. Asked for KFC sauce when ordering, didn't get it.

I ordered fries and they never gave me them. I called and they said there was nothing they could do. Every time I stop at this kfc they forget something. If you go to this kfc do not trust them and always check to make sure you have everything! My kid now has no food and I have to figure it out. Stupid.

Came here at 8pm to pick up an UberEats order. I waited half hr for it because drive thru orders were being taken and handed out with 4 delivery drivers waiting.

I am a doordasher. I was going to pick up an order but it looked closed, I went to the drive through and got no response from employees who were inside when we pulled up. As we tried to get the attention of the employees they left and drove past us laughing. They had confirmed the order saying they would make it yet left while laughing at me for trying to pick it up. They seemed like two 20 year old kids. Sad that's what the world has come to

Paid for a meal, 1 hr. later still didn't receive my meal, I left, waist of time and money, I only have 30 min. lunches.
I have not had great experiences at this location prior, but these two young men were exceptionally great. Friendly and even brought my food to my car after I had to wait a little extra longer for my chicken!! I will be coming back

My bride wanted some chicken so I ran over for 2 two piece chicken meals. Waited a very long time while the shift Mgr was walking around doing the register off and on, then wandered to the back to talk to who was cooking. That person disappeared to the back and the Mgr started slowly working on orders. 3 people came in to order and they were ignored for a long while. Finally another kid came over to wait on them only to tell them they were out of the original recipe chicken! Finally got my order and left only to find a tiny leg with hardly no meat in the boxes and a small thigh. Potatoes are powdered mashed. I won't be back. I cannot recommend this place for the service or quality for the price you are charging.
