Went through the drive thru late at night and was greeted with the sweetest person ever! For being an hour to close I was pleasantly surprised. Both the person who took my order and the one who cashed me out were pleasant. Food was good too, again the service was just outstanding considering the late night.

$57 meal. Wings were smashed into little balls with broken bones. Thigh had broken bone that cut my lip when I bit into it. Chicken was dry. It was horrible.

I am a delivery driver for uber. Had an order here and the lady told me that it would be a 10 minute wait. I waited 15 and asked about the order from a different employee, and she told me “she never sent it to the screen, the order hasn’t even started yet”. Terrible service, it’s not even that busy. And I used to be a cook so I know what it’s like. There was absolutely no reason to be this slow.

KFC is a shadow of its former self. Portion sizes are a joke, prices are insane, and chicken breading is usually clumpy and over seasoned, probably the flour needs sifted. Quite gross

We went in last night & Kevin the general manager was more than helpful. They were short staffed but he was friendly and our entire order was correct. I’ve never had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant. Definitely will be back!

The chicken tenders were dark brown and inedible. No fries provided with my combo meal. No butter or honey provided for biscuits. Asked for KFC sauce when ordering, didn't get it.
