I watched the cook drop things that he was pulling out of the deep drier on the floor and just put it back in the bowl to be served

I absolutely loved visiting here. It's a small restaurant with limited seating but good food! They also offer gluten free noodles and vegetarian dishes!! I had the fried shrimp udon and it was delicious!!

Nice joint. Good food for a price. Beware though! The spicy packs quite a punch!

My favourite place for ramen in Spokane. Great service, excellent prices. Taste of ramen tonkotsu is AMAZING!!!! The only thing is I would recommend to clean it more, on the tables. Thank you!

As far as taste, this place is the absolutely best in Spokane area. I literally crave it all the time because it’s just that good. Great service too!
I would love to see this place flourish and move into a better space someday to help enhance the experience. Right now it’s a little open and gets a bit loud with people and (specifically kids) so it’s not the best date place for a quiet dinner.

Sitting with my friends about to enjoy my ramen and THEN THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER STARTS CUTTING FOOD ON TOP OF THE TRASH CAN. I’m disgusted. 🤮 They told me it’s “not that bad” what do you mean “not that bad” call the health board immediately. SOS

The secret lies in their spice ball+ broth. Overall a good experience - generous food portions, hot ramen, extremely quick service and decent ambience. We had Vegetarian curry rice, vegetarian ramen and spicy Pork chashu Ramen (I mean it! It was 🔥) I added a bit of the spicy broth to my vegetarian flare and then it turned out perfect!
We ended our dinner with Green tea waffle icecream - ice-cream one side coated with dark chocolate and wrapped entirely inside a thin waffle coat. 😊

I showed up 35 minutes before closing but was firmly asked if I would take my order to go versus dine in. Thought that was a bit much and could have easily finished my meal in time before they closed.
Only thing I can say about the Tonkotsu Ramen is clearly none of the reviewers have been to Japan and had real Ramen.

Overall nice ramen place and friendly staff. Food is okay. Tried a few items, the King ramen, Tonkatsu ramen, and spicy King ramen.
The King ramen is probably the best, with a complex and deep flavor profile. Made the mistake of the spicy King, since I usually like spicy dishes, but the heat had strange flavors that overpowered the King ramen. The green tea waffle ice cream was very tasty, but the waffle was soft and didn't offer much texture or crunch.
The service was friendly, but slow considering how empty the place was.

I got the spicy king ramen. The service and food was really good. Beware because the spicy in the name means it. It made this grown white man cry even though I love spicy food. I'm definitely coming here again but probably not get the spicy next time so I can feel my lips by the time I'm done eating.
