Coffee was undrinkable, and the glazed donut tatted like it had been fried in old oil. Not what I expected from Krispy Kreme.

Making spirits high!
The manager at this location Dave knows how to make a customer happy. Our families were standing at the window watching donuts parade, he saw us, gave us a genuine smile, then told his team member to give each of us a hot donut, just like how I experienced twenty five years ago. What a pleasant and surprising treat during the holiday. Thank you, Dave, for making our holiday spirits high, especially for our young kids.

I went inside to purchase 4 specialty donuts. I was at the counter checking out what I wanted. A very nice person came and asked what I wanted. I picked them out and she put them in a box and walked over to the register. I followed and got my cash out. As I was standing there a lady walked up with a small box with 2doughnuts in it and told the employee she wanted to pay for them. She walked over to the other register and the employee followed them, and without a word to me started talking the lady’s money. $3. Then the lady asked for ice water, so the employee then got it for her. Never once even a I’ll be right back. I hugs lady’s $3 sale was more important than my $10 sale. I turned around and walked out I went back to my car empty handed. I went to drive in and told the cashier what happened and he said “sorry”. That was all that was offered. Sorry. I drove away and will never stop there again
Really great customer service.
Thanks again.

Writing this reviews in their parking spot right now, i was in there for the veterans day free donut and the worker squeeze the living out of my donut and tossed it on the counter while me and my friend was looking at each other in disbelief, don’t know what i did in the first place to get treated like that and specifically on this day too, the disrespect is crazy, sorry that your company offers free food to veterans and military???i wasn’t begging for free food!!!

The manager here is amazing but the staff are incredibly rude. Was going to take my kid here for his birthday but after two extremely rude employees I'll be finding a new venue.
The girl I just spoke to was the worst. Jist sounded like she was angry the moment she picked up the phone.

Extremely rude employees. I don’t think they should pay someone to do a job with such an attitude.

This past Friday we came in for Halloween deal and they were out of it and mentioned it’ll be restocked the next day we drove 13 miles 1 way nope none of the specials and very lack of donut choices ended up leaving. Their restroom is now locked. Not going back again.
Overly priced but it has been a while since I had one. 10 years later they taste the same. Lemon filled was good too.

There was a deal advertised and still is online advertising that if you pay for a dozen donuts, you get a dozen glazed for $2. I have a screen shot of it. Advertised as if it is currently running, no date mentioned. I showed it to the manager. She said unfortunately we can not give this deal to you anymore a it expired over the weekend. I said that's not fair that it's still being advertised openly like it is available. I also mentioned I have the app. Both my husband and I could not order online or see anywhere where the deal was expired because it wouldn't load. It just showed a loading donut. I have pictures of all of this. The manager told me that I could call corporate but that's all she could do. I said I just brought enough money, and travelled far with all of my kids and she couldnt help make it right. Money is tight for us to drive so far, being led to think we are getting this deal as proven advertised to just be turned down even with proof provided. Discouraged with 4 upset kids who I couldn't keep a promise to, I went ahead and called corporate. They said that they were having technical difficulties online with people not being able to get on site to order, which was the problem was for us. (The manager at the store dismissed this complaint as if I were not being honest because other people were able to make online orders according to her. That was not the case for us and like corporate said they were having issues.) So now I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. I know to many this might seem frivolous but we can't afford crispy creme without a really good deal and even then it's a bit pricey. 17.99 for a dozen glazed donuts when you have a big family on a tight budget, is not going to work for us. I wish they would had done more to had make it right and treated us with respect. We went way out of our way for a falsely advertised deal because that's what we could afford. Now we had wasted time and a special rare treat on their day off and got nothing but wasted time and wasted money spent on gas. I really hope there's a way they can make it right. That was not it.
Fun to stop for a few donuts. I tried to give the window attendant a tip but she said that they were not able to take a tip :(
