Was HUGELY disappointed with the new valentine's heart ones! Not only was it TINY, but it was stale & had a gaping hole in the side where they injected the "kreme"-so it was all dried out. Definitely NOT worth paying freaking $3 for one! They were NOTHING like the Pop Tart ones, which were huge & DELICIOUS! 🤔😣🙄😡😥
Donuts here are always great. However, today I was sitting in the lobby and an elderly man with his donuts on a walker fell outside trying to step off the curb. Not only did the staff rush outside to assist him but they replaced his coffee and the donuts that had been spilled. These are the types of acts that will make a life long customer in me(although I'm sure that's not why they did it). Well done Krispy Kreme!
Delicious doughnut, especially when you see it coming out of the machine. Excellent staff too.
Kid-friendliness: Love that they have a see-through window that shows the doughnuts coming out of the machine and pass through a shower of glaze!
