The owner of this place has come out as a spreader of ugly and knowingly false political propaganda. He pretended to be a sort of ministry to help people up, but now he puts his boot on the rungs of his little bullshit ladder. I know many ex employees have struggled to get paid on time also. We are blessed with great coffee. Go to Indaba, Hammer, New Love etc.

Service was good, however…. I paid $7 for a plain latte NO FLAVOR.. and it wasn’t even full to the top! Almost 1/4 empty… very disappointing. PRICING IS ABSURD!

Great coffee shop! Kira is so sweet and kind and Ben makes a mean breakfast sandwich! Thank you both for your awesome customer service.

For the serious coffee aficionado. If you want a coffee to sip and savor, this is it. They roast their own beans and do a superb job of it. Not a drive thru coffee express. This coffee deserves attention and respect. And there’s a great bakery just across the hall.

This place is beautiful on the inside! The matcha is fantastic. We also enjoyed the bag of coffee that we brought home.

Kitchen closes earlier (at least 30 minutes before) 4 pm close. Worth noting if you had plans to grab a bite. Great selection of drinks and specials.

I was not aware that Ladder Coffee has 3 locations. Earlier this morning, I drove past the Monroe Street store when I was returning north. I thought I was calling that particular store only to find out that the Riverside store was only a 1/4 mile from me.
I met one of the most coffee educated baristas when it came to brewed coffee flavors and how it should taste.
I ordered a double shot of espresso, and she politely offered me some sparkling water, so I would be able to appreciate the defined flavors of the coffee, which was really pleasant.
I gave 4 stars due to the extremely limited parking, and the coffee had a hint of the brew water being too hot, or after the last brewing, there was residual coffee in the group head that gave a hint of a burnt flavor.

Ladder Coffee in downtown Spokane is a gem! The hip atmosphere immediately makes you feel welcome, with its modern decor and cozy seating. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready with a smile and a great recommendation. Their coffee is simply delicious, especially the fresh cortado, which has become my go-to order.

Ladder Coffee Roasters started with a vision to bring exceptional coffee to Spokane, and they've certainly succeeded. The passion for quality and community is evident in every cup.

One of the best parts about visiting Ladder is the amazing smells wafting in from the bakery next door. The aroma of fresh sourdough is irresistible. Make sure to grab a baked item while you're there – it’s the perfect complement to your coffee.

Highly recommend stopping by Ladder Coffee for a fantastic coffee experience!
