Excellent coffee shop. My scone was phenomenal. My cappuccino was perfect. I had a regular coffee as well and it was excellent. Service was friendly and quick. Nice quiet atmosphere with just a low buzz of conversation. They sell their roasted coffee as well.

I wanted to try as much local coffee as possible on my trip to Spokane and Ladder did not disappoint! I wish I got the barista’s name, she was so friendly! She made me a half-sweet iced vanilla latte situation and it was fantastic! One of the best drinks I’ve had!

The owner of this place has come out as a spreader of ugly and knowingly false political propaganda. He pretended to be a sort of ministry to help people up, but now he puts his boot on the rungs of his little bullshit ladder. I know many ex employees have struggled to get paid on time also. We are blessed with great coffee. Go to Indaba, Hammer, New Love etc.

Service was good, however…. I paid $7 for a plain latte NO FLAVOR.. and it wasn’t even full to the top! Almost 1/4 empty… very disappointing. PRICING IS ABSURD!
