Ryan is genuinely one of the best baristas ive ever encountered! I own an espresso machine at home and I still come to ladder multiple times a week just because Ryan is working. He's got great customer service and makes a killer coffee! Thanks Ry!

I was really mad that $15 didn't get me more eggs with my toast but then I started eating it and it was so flavorful. Immediately disarmed haha. You guys got me, I would pay $15 for that again unfortunately for my wallet.

Delicious drinks here. Baristas were reasonably amicable and did a great job at bottling up any existential dread for the few seconds they were forced to engage in face-to-face conversation. The décor is really nice! It's a fairly small shop for a sit-down coffee house, but very comfortable.

Rip off. Even though I'm a frequent cafe goer, I've not liked Ladder for a long time due to their overpriced products and below parr service. I gave them another shot today and was reminded why I don't ever go to them. This tiny piece of gf avocado toast and a small coffee cost $26!!! I could get so much more elsewhere for that. Service was average. No smile. I told them I wanted to have here and they still put my drink in a paper cup (even though there were plenty of ceramics sitting on the machine). Lame. Food and drink tasted fine,but not $26 fine. C- for me.

We had the most amazing waffle with raspberry drizzle and a delicious breakfast sandwich. The bright natural light and plants make for a chill, happy vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Ladder is my favorite roaster, and this is my favorite of their locations. Beautiful old building, wonderfully decorated, welcoming, good wifi, and always excellent coffee.

Excellent coffee shop. My scone was phenomenal. My cappuccino was perfect. I had a regular coffee as well and it was excellent. Service was friendly and quick. Nice quiet atmosphere with just a low buzz of conversation. They sell their roasted coffee as well.
