The maple ember was soooo good. And the breakfast sandwich, too. Add pepper jelly! Kassidy the barista is awesome ?
I didn’t get any food, but I did get a delicious latte and a wonderful interaction with the workers. It was my first time in here and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I will be back!
Parking: Monroe street is always difficult to find good parking, so I do not attribute the lack of good parking to Ladder, I just always struggle to find space on Monroe.

The coffee was great, and I’m a huge coffee snob. The food was fantastic. But, for the love of all that is good in the world, get more comfortable seating. Us middle aged folks need back support and some cushion for our bums!

Friendly service, nice clean place with nice decor…looks like a nice place to study or do computer work…ok great, but I came here for coffee and it wasn’t good. Either the roasters don’t roast good coffee or they don’t train baristas to pull shots correctly. I’m from Seattle and I’ve yet to find a decent coffee shop here in Spokane. Even their worst coffee there is better than the best here, so I just pull shots at home 9 times out 10. Cravens is good coffee, but most places I’ve been to that serve it don’t pull shots correctly, so I don’t get to experience how good the coffee really is. Yokes in Deer Park of all places pulls a nice shot.
Edit: I saw the response to another customer saying the coffee was bad, that they should have told the barista to remake it, and that they need feedback to make it better…k..so that’s what google reviews are for. The bad reviews consistently say the coffee is bad sour/bitter, not good bitter like coffee should be. It isnt on the customer to teach a barista how to pull a shot.

They’ve got the good single origin beans you’re after but they never seem to have enough drip coffee ready
It is one of the best coffee/roastery places. Great company and great selections

There isn’t a cup of coffee in the world that’s worth $10. Certainly not a 16 ounce vanilla latte.
Their breakfast sandwhich are incredible! Their coffee is the best in town. I always stop here for breakfast if I’m in Spokane. Definitely recommend for a great atmosphere coffee shop.

They didn't have the music blasting. Seems like a lot of coffee shops are almost discos these days.
