Today I went to Legal Addiction and got 2 32oz lotus drinks and both drinks had very different flavors but both drinks the lady handed me were the exact same flavor and one drink was a 24oz. I was charged for the 2 32oz drinks. The girl working had jet black hair and was wearing a blue blouse. Im not sure if she’s high or getting orders wrong on purpose but I’m no longer going to go there anymore and I’m gonna warn other people about this location.
I’m not a very confrontational person so I decided to not say anything but it was extremely disappointing. This happens quite frequently with this girl whenever I go there. I ended up throwing the drinks out and going somewhere else. If I could 0 star I would.

Great stuff but the customer service is absolute trash. The lady that works there has the nastiest attitude every single time I’ve been. Not willing to help, won’t even greet or look you in the face. Truly seems like you’re an inconvenience to her when you try to order. There’s plenty other welcoming, delicious, & friendly spots in the city. Spend your money where it’s appreciated.

I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want anybody to find out about this place. Lol. It's obviously a Hidden Gem!! The service is incredible and the Blended Frappuccinos are awesome. And for a hell of a lot cheaper than starbucks!!

Wanted to try a local place near our home, we're new to the area and just learned about this place. We arrived after checking online for a menu which wasn't listed, we asked for a menu or a suggestion. We were met with "we make everything, our special are over there." All while not looking in our direction and seemingly annoyed. When we finally decided on a generic drink and attempted to order. No one came to the window for a solid 3 minutes, and we drove off frustrated. By looking at the reviews though, it seems we aren't missing out on anything. Won't come back to try again.
