Cozy corner couch, the person was helpful in offering recommendations for types of ciders to try. There are a lot of options and they were good and the flavor was not overpowering nor artificial tasting that some ciders can have. I recommend a stop for an amazing cider experience.
We love Liberty Ciderworks! The ciders are made using traditional methods, allowing the apple flavors to really shine. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, providing insights into the cider-making process and helping guests choose the perfect cider. The new tasting room is large and welcoming. Highly recommended you put it on your list of places to visit!
Because the wife and one daughter are GF, I have been to a BUNCH of cideries over the years. I can say with little doubt that Liberty is the best I have been to.We stopped in while in Spokane on business and shared a flight of all their draft ciders and grabbed some bottles to enjoy at the hotel and to take home.We really thought it was awesome that there are so many single varietals available; I love nerdy sensory stuff like that. It is cool to try a tannic crab apple cider next...
