Food was good as always but I’m commenting for the service. While I was ordering with my young son, a man came in and approached us very aggressively. The employee there walked us to our car to make sure the man left us alone. A woman working there also gave my son free brownies, I’m assuming to make up for that experience. Thank you for keeping your customers safe and satisfied!

I waited for over 30 min for a pizza. They offered me a free bag of bread stick soaked in butter like soggy for the wait I got home and the food was terrible the workers and building are disgusting such a bad place to eat !
I came on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy but that didn't stop Christmas from delivery great customer service. The food was exactly what we asked for:

I love little Ceasars as much as the next person but this location needs some serious attention. Staffing this busy location with 1 person is unacceptable! Why would you put your employees and customers through this hot mess!?! The owner needs to get his hands in there ASAP! Shame on you! I watched multiple people walk out unassisted. People who ordered ahead wait 20+mins on a SUNDAY!

We got there shortly after they opened on the 1st. The staff was super friendly, the pizza took about as long as other LC locations. When we got in the van I noticed there was no crazy sauce, as we were about to start looking in the boxes the cashier came out and handed me the two sauces. They went above and beyond!

Not worth doordashing for slowest service ever. 30 minutes to even get asked what order I have. Loosing money delivering for this location every time
Placed online order and it said it was ready, went their, waited for 20 minutes for them to finished, other had been waiting for 30 minites, their was a child running around in the back screaming i assume one of the workers kid, crazy especially with all of the heated equipment and knives and such, once we got home and opened the pizza not only was it the wrong pizza but genuinely have never seen a more poorly cut pizza, it had to have been on purpose or done by that child. After reading all of these other reviews it confirmed my assumptions, will not be going back.

Over 40mins of waiting and no sorry or anything. The two ladies in the back were just slowly doing everything and didn't even acknowledge new customers coming in. Multiple people just left without service. If I didn't pay online I would have left too! Extremely poor customer service!!!!

This is the absolute WORST Little Caesar’s and I am new to Spokane. They NEVER have your order placed in the pizza portal on time, they are ALWAYS short staffed. You wait for a good 10 minutes before someone helps you at the counter. I guess I am going to try to find another LC location or a different pizza place altogether.. DO BETTER!!!

Ordering online was a mistake. Not only did we still have to wait 20 minutes. But the website lied about what sodas they had and the employees flat out refused to give us a refund. So yeah website service sucked. Reconsidering our choices of ever coming again.

I thought I’d give them a try. Tried calling, no answer? Weird, but I’ll go order in person. Wow, what a dump. Met 4 others waiting in their filthy lobby who were trying to get orders fixed or waiting for some service. This place needs management. This is not a one time problem, all the reviews had the same experience. The he people working here don’t care and the owner doesn’t care. I didn’t order because I got tired of waiting, which gave me time to read all the reviews confirming my experience.

I ordered an hour before i needed to pick up my food. My husband stood in there for 30 minutes before i went in and asked what was happening . The guy had part of our order and after i asked for the other pizza they where just putting it in the oven . When i told them i didnt have time to wait because we where now running late after waiting 30 minutes and the GM said well we dont do refunds so you can come back for a replacement another time . I told him i would come back by on my way home and gave him a spacific time i would be back . When i went back i waited 15 minutes at the front counter before i was acknowledged even though the GM saw me standing there . When i got my food and drove off after 20 minutes i open the box and the pizza is mangled ... on purpose sliced in all directions and shaken up . The slices are stick to the bottom and some are sideways . The worst experience ever. To the GM coming from having been a GM myself for several years . I would suggest not hiding in the back maybe greeting your customers and directing tour crew so there not wondering uslesley in the back while you making pizzas and no one taking or filling orders. And purposely messing up my order because i had the balls to be asertive ... not rude ... and ask you questions is absolutely ridiculous. And let me tell you . I dont eat your food it was for my kids. And i dont take kindly to people messing with my kids food.
