Cashier that took my order Shawna T
On November 26, 2025, I arrived at the establishment at approximately 7:40 PM and placed an order for one pepperoni pizza. I asked the cashier how long the order would take, and she stated it would be ready within 10–15 minutes. I agreed and returned to my vehicle to wait.

After the stated wait time passed, I went back inside. No one acknowledged me, so I sat and continued waiting. By 8:25 PM approximately 45 minutes after placing my orderI requested a refund due to the excessive delay, especially since customers who ordered after me were receiving their food.

Once I asked for a refund, the employees suddenly told me that my pizza was ready. I informed them that I no longer wanted the pizza and that I was requesting a refund because of the unreasonable wait time and lack of service.

The cashier told me she could not issue a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored. Another employee then came over and repeated that a refund could not be issued. I was asked for my receipt, which I provided, and the employee wrote down my first and last name as well as my phone number in a book.

When I asked for the employee’s name, she did not reply. My receipt was sitting on the counter, and when I reached to retrieve it, the employee snatched it out of my hand and walked away. I then asked another worker if I could have my receipt returned.

Throughout this interaction, the employee was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple order, was denied a refund without explanation, and was treated poorly when attempting to resolve the situation.

I purchased the Pretzel crust cheese sauce cheese & pepperoni pizza, Pepperoni pizza bites cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza.the cheese sauce is different, a little spicy but good. I wish there was double pepperoni on it. The pepperoni pizza is great. The bread sticks come with a xlg sauce. Great value for the meal fresh made and easy pick up. Great customer service.

I dont know the name of the woman working there this morning but she is like a well oiled MACHINE in that kitchen. It was crazy watching her multi-task like an octopus while still managing to provide top tier customer service. She said her daughter works at Little Caesars too. This was a pleasant and speedy experience and the pizza was perfect too.

Little Caesars for decades has been a pillar in the pizza connosoiur community. Where else can you get a relatively cheap HOT AND READY za in Spokane? Im asking because this location doesn't do HOT AND READY's. Their heating contraptions behind the register are always completely empty . Why go here, just to be told they have to make & cook your food when you can go to another pizza chain up the street & get food just as fast for cheaper given everywhere else always has coupons and people who at least act like they want to be there. I went 30 min after opening. I mean i would love to roll out of bed late & clock in right at opening time- but have a little urgency & show up early to ensure your following what your chain franchise is known for. SAD DAY !!

I placed a mobile order to be ready around 3:00 or 3:05 p.m. I went in at 2:55 and said I had a mobile order for Thomas Connors and the guy that was working honestly looked high or strung out he looked around cluelessly for a minute or two then said it was in the oven another customer came in and ordered two cheese pizzas 10 minutes later that customer got their pizzas and I had to ask him where my food was and why I had been waiting over 30 minutes from the time I placed my order for my food he then asked me what my name was again and then said oh I have had it up for a while but yet this didn't give it to me even though I was the only one in there for 7 minutes waiting for my food I find it highly unprofessional and even his appearance of how he is acting does not seem like he should be in a store alone

I placed a phone order at 11:28 am. It's now 12:21 pm and they still don't have my order ready. They have 2 employees currently working. The wait is INSANE. I will not be ordering from this location any time soon. 10/04/2025

Same little ceasers pizza as anywhere, but I wanted to leave a positive review of the cashier. I believe his name was Ronny. He was very professional and friendly. Very impressive to get such excellent service from a young man who is obviously going places. Keep up the great work!

We have went in 2 times, each time the man working has not wanted to do his job. He told a customer right in front of me that he “didn’t even start his order yet” and sent him back outside to wait. (this was a pickup order.) He complains about how there is only 2 people closing and he is frustrated with all the customers. In my opinion there should be a sign that says “not accepting more orders at this time” instead of him telling customers to seek service elsewhere. It’s very unprofessional. I understand being understaffed but that’s not an excuse to treat your customers poorly and refuse service. it’s laziness.
