Cashier was very nice. There was 1 other customer the whole time. 1 pepperoni and 1 crazy bread took 26 minutes. Crazy bread was the size of a straw. We go here every Friday. Won’t ever be back.

I will start off that the food here is always good but service is horribly slow doesn’t matter what I order I’m here waiting for at least 30 minutes when being told 10 minutes. People come in after well after I do order same items and leave well before me, and the customer service is not great either. There is no comment either. Will not be returning and they new staff

Horrible customer service. I waited for help and was completely ignored by the girl working. She never acknowledged I was in the store. This seems to be how you are treated everytime we have ordered food here. Won't be using this location again.
Food is always great here, the gentleman that helped me was very nice. However the manager was extremely rude to her employee and talking down to them and wasn't quiet about it with a full lobby of customers. Made it extremely uncomfortable.

Well I went in on my birthday and they weren't offering anything not even a small order of wings or breadsticks for people's birthdays I think that's wrong and they should offer a pizza or a breadstick or a order of wings or even their cookie things to bring in more business

Stopped in to grab a pizza, the door was unlocked and we didn’t notice it was a few minutes after 9 pm (closing time) so we were going to leave, but the new store manager Helen came out from the back and said the oven was still on and we could order any way. So her and I chit chat for a few min while waiting for our order to cook. Now that’s great management right there! Great customer service too.
