I don’t appreciate waiting for over an hour for my pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. I was told ten minutes at that and when I went in to go check on my order it was still not put in yet. Oh and extra breadsticks doesn’t make the wait better. People have things to do we chose a quick ready pizza for lunch if we had time and wanted to sit down we would have went into a restaurant. Do better.

Staff is super slow and they just stand there in the back goofing off with eachother , and it takes an hour to make a single cheesy bread even when u order online wich is pretty astonishing lol and when u are in store you end up standing there for 10-15 min before being acknowledged

I don't plan on returning any time soon, and I would recommend staying away.
This place has really gone down hill over the last few months. There is no "Hot-n-Ready". You order then you have to wait 20+ minutes for your food. The employees act like it's an inconvenience to be taking an order. They've got a young guy (probably no more than 15 or 16) taking orders out to vehicles without telling him what order goes to what vehicle. Then they almost never get your order correct. I ordered an Extra Most Best Pepperoni and a cheese pizza and only got 2 cheese. I ordered Italian Cheesy bread and it was some weird bread with a cheese sauce.

This used to be the cheapest place to go but with inflation it's now comparable to any other pizza place. My pizza/bread sticks were cold by the time I got home so that was disappointing. Never could eat the bread sticks cuz if you try to re-heat them, they turn into bricks.

First. Pizza I ordered showed up like a wet mess and soggy. Tried to blame it on the delivery service (I ordered online delivery). 2nd- when I called to voice complaints I was told there's really nothing they can do. I said you can make it right. Bottom line is they refused to provide anywhere near a quality product and when I requested to have it made right the response was "not my problem". So good luck with that. As well as other staff not knowing how to make change correct. Very inappropriate music much louder than you'd expect outside of a teenagers room. Staff recognized I was there yet nobody wants to show effort to take a simple order. If you want to be treated like crap and get ripped off this is the place for you
Used to be great, until the old Manager died. I have had nothing but issues since, the place will be packed and the employees won't even recognize your standing there. Most unprofessional employees I have ever witnessed, playing in the back, cussing, treating their customers like their a burden, not washing their hands picking their face and then touching your food. It's terrible, and sad to see.

Whole FAMILY IS SICK should have known better when the cheese and sauce looked messed up just assumed it was baked weird now we are sick and it’s more obvious someone dropped our pizza or something isn’t cleaned right!!!!!!! 0 stars if it was an option I spent way to much money to also have three pizzas the same two messed up ones and everyone’s sick now! Be safe people always look at your pizza

If I could leave no stars I would, we pulled up to order, my father was driving, he ordered 4 stuff crust pizza, she said oh classic pizza, I was in the passenger seat so I said no, it's stuff crust sje saud stop yelling, I still was not. Then she said just come to the windows. She was still so rude, I asked her name, she said Abigail. I told her I will be writing a review, she said I don't care. They are so rude and very disrespectful
