They were seriously understaffed for the time of day(dinner rush). I had ordered ahead and still had to wait about 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Another customer stated they had been waiting 30 minutes and made it a bit uncomfortable inside the place due to their agitation.

What can you say!?? It's a $5 pizza. Not bad for what it is. Can feed a whole.family for nearly $20. Can't say that about many other places.
They were a bit slow through the drive through. 'Hot 'n' Ready' is just a slogan. But a 5 minutes wait, and it was good to go.

This used to be the cheapest place to go but with inflation it's now comparable to any other pizza place. My pizza/bread sticks were cold by the time I got home so that was disappointing. Never could eat the bread sticks cuz if you try to re-heat them, they turn into bricks.
