Been ordering pizzas from this place over the years last 3 times ive ordered custom stuffed crust they messed up last night there wasn't any olives and finding ham and chicken on the pizza I did not order chicken or ham on my pizza.... Messed up spend $35 on one pizza and its not right

came in 40 mins before close trying to order one thing of crazy puffs and they refused to make anything new. super rude lazy staff. spokane employees are just embarrassing it’s a theme here for the employees to act like they have the most difficult jobs.

What a terrible experience tonight! Ordered online several hours in advance so our food would be ready when we showed up. It wasn’t… we had to wait well over 45 minutes after our original scheduled pick up time. There were several more very upset customers that were waiting well over an hour. They seemed very understaffed for a Friday night rush. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Things need to be fixed before I ever go back.

These people are unorganized and dysfunctional every single time I come in here they have some lame excuse as to why they can't do basic work. Was told 2 minutes for bread sticks turned into 20 minutes. I saw customers who put thier order in at 1 pm in the afternoon be told thier order would take another 20 minutes at almost 6pm. You substitute quality for speed this place sucks at both!

Hot and ready? Yeah right! Came in to get a "hot and ready" pizza, in a rush to get somewhere so I didn't have time to stop or wait. They had NO pizzas ready and told me I would have to wait upwards of 15 minutes?! What the heck guys! It's 5o clock, you should be cooking up food, don't wait for it to run out before you decide to make more? Super disappointed and I didn't have time to wait so I left

Received three undercooked pizzas. Phoned to order replacements but later told the phone was off. Staff said pizza was cooked to specifications and there was nothing wrong with a pale white pizza. Accepted refund and overheard the manager telling staff to add me to the store ban list. Ended up getting cussed out and threatened by staff. Selkirks pizza down the way came through PERFECT!

I don't understand how a pizza can end up this soggy. It's almost like it's just cheese and sauce, no crust, soaking all the way through the box. Grease is fine but it should stay on the pizza instead of liquifying it.

Breadsticks were fine. Got a chicago style pizza as well which was undercooked and doughy. We had to eat only the crust. We do not like being forced into a low carbon meal in this fashion.
