Food is to expensive. Ordered a half of a paini and it was a quarter of panini and soup as a combo and a drink $16.00. Go to Didiers and order a full sandwich with chips and yogurt and a drink same price (better food)

For my birthday, I ordered a cake with a message on it. They did not put my message on it, even though I specifically asked and paid for it. They didn't even tell me they weren't going to put the message on it until I picked it up. Great place, but I specifically asked for it 😐
Update
The cake was very dense like it was old/ not good anymore. I was looking forward to a nice moist red velvet cake, but instead, it was dense and horrible. Really unfortunate.

Baked goods are very good. Lighting is old school. Sounds are abundant. Toilet seat is held on with prayer.

Coffee is great and a big enough space but it can get very loud. The Customer service is okay. I have them 4 stars due to the very strong garlic smell that I spread in the space. I wish they had a better way of air refreshment.
They also offer soups and pastries (stuff like cinnamon roll or muffins and etc) and the serving size is American standard (huge)😁
Place is nice enough, it looked clean and felt spacious. It was a nice calm atmosphere. The music was pretty boring, kind of like fancy hotel lobby or elevator type music. I was not a fan of all the fake plastic plants. I felt like a place called the garden cafe should have at least one real plant.. I dont know.. It was a nice enough place to meet up. And the service was really good, the people there were very sweet and attentive. I got a panini and a chai. The panini bread was squishy, but the multigrain helped the flavor. There just wasn't much flavor in any of the food I got. the chicken veg soup was basically slightly salty water with some canned carrots and a few lil pieces of chicken. the gr beans in the soup were good. The chai latte was like slightly flavored warmed up milk. The best part was the foam on top.
Basically if you have stomach issues and can't handle spices or flavor, you'd probably love it or think it was fine.
For me personally, it was just kind of a bland for a $20 meal...

Coming from overseas where coffee snobbery is rife, this place ticked a number of boxes. Plenty of sit space, decent food options and coffee and the service from the staff was warm and welcoming. When I make back to Spokane, I will come back here.

Stopped in for lunch and a mocha. The garlic chicken panini was wonderful! The girls working here were very nice and made sure we were well cared for! Restaurant is clean and comfortable! Definitely will go back again!

In this land of drive thru coffee this is an oasis. Plenty of seating. Very large place. Delicious coffee in a real mug. I didn't have breakfast but the menu options looked really good.

Always a delicious option. A little pricey for me, but with all prices rising, if I'm going to spend the money to go out, it's always worth it to go here!
