My friend and I went to Little Noodle for lunch because we heard they had lots of gluten free options. I wanted her to be able to try something new. Our lunch was delicious! My Buddha bowl was huge and made great left overs. My friend was very Impressed with all the gluten free options and the helpful staff.

I love authentic food, i thought this place was it after seeing it on a local food page.

Please do not waste your time and money here. The pho-rrito was one of the worst things I have ever tried. And to charge extra for protien? I understand if you want extra extra but the price wasnt worth leaving hungry!

Food wasn't very good and small portions for big price. They were also out of a lot of profuct for some reason. I also ordered a pina colada.. was not good at all. Cool interior. Service was awesome though.

Great service with a smile. Quick food prep. The bahn mi was yummy, the tofu was smokey but tasty. The coconut noodles were good, not amazing. Not a big portion, not a ton of flavor, but satisfying. Ube cheesecake was pretty good, but we weren’t in love with it. We would go back.

It’s called “Little” Noodle for a reason lol. The Pho we ordered itself was very delicious! But my husband and I spent $50 for 2 bowls and left hungry. Portions are extremely small. Felt more like an appetizer. Not worth it for the price point, probably won’t come back.

In the mood for some pho tonight, decided to give little noodle Spokane a try, I’ve seen it before while passing by and it caught my eye on google maps so figured what the heck? I looked at the overall rating, scanned the menu and trusted it. We arrived and there were a couple guys sitting outside smoking and carrying on a conversation, we go inside and wait for at least 5 minutes before anyone comes to take our order.. the guys from outside walk in and go into the kitchen.. ahh, they’re the cooks. Order placed- $60 for two people 😬 at least it looks and sounds promising plus we’re hungry so we sit down and wait. And wait. And wait. Aaaaaaand waaaait. 20 minutes in, I finally ask the bartender if she can find out where our edamame was as it’s been 20 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. The kitchen staff were back outside and she goes outside to “check on it” the guys come back in the restaurant, talking very loudly still- seemingly oblivious that they’re getting paid to provide a service. My boyfriend is gluten intolerant and thus ordered a gluten free dish- we hear one of the guys asking about the allergy and asks the bartender to go make sure the boyfriend was ok with an ingredient. So 25 minutes in our entrees start being prepared. The edamame comes out. It’s warm, mushy and bland. On top of it being gross, the tiny portion would be insulting for what it costs if it was edible but since it wasn’t, not too tore up about it. After 35 minutes of being in this tacky, dirty, sticky restaurant we decided that we can actually go somewhere else. Got a refund and left. The bartender didn’t seem at all surprised and seemed like she didn’t care much at all. Don’t waste your money here, don’t be fooled by the cutesy niche vibe you get initially. Look deeper and you’ll be disgusted and disappointed. Kind of a joke to have to pay and tip before you get your food. Honestly, kind of a joke all around

So their Google info says they open at 11 but their doors say 12. I arrived before 11 to meet up with my sisters, their front door was open so I called out to ask about the times and got yelled at that they weren't open yet, but asked to confirm what time they would be open and again was rudely yelled to that it was indeed 11. The food took forever but that may have been because it was the first orders of the day. It was OK, certainly not as good as I've had the same dishes elsewhere. Just not a fan of being snapped at because they chose to put out confusing information.

We ordered an early dinner to go - my wife ordered the Pho w/shredded pork and I ordered the Smoked Miso w/ Shredded Pork. We also ordered a side of shrimp spring rolls.

Both broths had decent flavor - ingredients were tasty and seemed fresh. Decent sized portion for the cost - there was enough that we each had one full bowl for dinner, and leftovers for dinner the next day. There appeared to only be one cook and a front counter employee present. It was roughly 430/5 ish so maybe too early for full staff. The counter employee was friendly.

It would be worth a second visit to try other menu items. Definitely not your traditional Asian ramen - more inspired with different takes on flavors and ingredients.

My poor wife
Don’t come here if you’re trying to make your wife happy especially if she’s Asian. The staff is friendly and welcoming but not who you’d expect to be running an Asian restaurant. We got the ramen. It was a huge disappointment. We were expecting traditional ramen as it is advertised as an “Asian restaurant” but got something completely different. I could see an expression of disappointment on my wife’s face every bite she took, she had to stop and went home hungry. The 16 bucks you pay doesn’t even include meat that would usually come with a ramen dish but part of me is relieved I didn’t need to experience it with meat added. Credit where it’s due, the cocktail I ordered was pretty good. I would encourage the owner to re-brand the restaurant or change their advertising so people know it’s not actually an Asian restaurant. I wish them the best but I won’t be going back.

My girlfriend and I came for a Sunday afternoon lunch hoping to get some ramen and left feeling like we had just experienced one of the worst meals of our lives. I don’t usually leave reviews but the quality of the food plus the price we paid for said quality was genuinely ridiculous. It was pretty much inedible and neither of us finished our food and we both left feeling deeply unsatisfied (and that’s putting it nicely). The low reviews are right on this one.

First off the quality, I had ordered the Tonkotsu ramen + pork belly and my girlfriend ordered their miso ramen + mushrooms. Immediately as we were waiting for our food there was a sneaking suspicion that the sole employee working at the time was microwaving our food, we were able to hear the distinct sound of microwave buttons being pressed coming from the kitchen (it was also just the two of us in the restaurant at the time). Our suspicions were confirmed when the food came out and our ramen was lukewarm at best. Not only that, but it was clear that they didn’t cook any of our veggies. They were all raw. The worst was my girlfriend’s mushrooms, big chunks of just raw mushroom that couldn’t even get cooked a little more by the lukewarm soup. The pork belly I had ordered was serviceable but it tasted like some leftover dinner I had heated up for myself the following day, stale and a little dry. In conclusion, cold soup, raw vegetables, and nothing was freshly cooked. It felt like one of those meals straight out of Kitchen Nightmares.

Secondly, the price point. In this day and age, the prices aren’t unreasonable for decent bowl of ramen. 16$ + 5$ for a protein, fine. But, for this type of money, at the very least I’d expect my soup to be hot. Portions were also on the smaller side. Definitely not worth the price.

After some reflection, perhaps there’s some discrepancy between dinner and lunch service. It seems like the focus of the restaurant is on the bar and the dinner service where I’m assuming they’d at least cook their food then. Just speculation but it may just be the leftovers from yesternight being reheated up and served as the next day’s lunch. At least that’s what it tastes like. That’s still no excuse for the quality, and as for my experience here for lunch, it was rock bottom, I would not recommend.

(Note to the owner: on your menu, tonkotsu ramen is not spelled tonkatsu, that’s an entirely different dish)

I am craving Ramen so bad and we ended up getting some in this place because the KING OF RAMEN is closed (best Ramen here in Spokane) .. so we ordered ramen, rice and cheesecake.. I know that this is an Asian Inspired Place but seriously, they disappoint me , the Ramen is not good at all, and I have not see the cheesecake (it never arrived on our table lol) .. left with upset stomach.. never again

The Pho did not taste anything like Pho from any other place I’ve ever eaten it. They use SMOKED chicken. The noodles were not even cooked. I literally could not even eat it because of how gross it was. We sadly left the full bowl on the table.
On the bright side, they have a cute axolotl which my daughter liked, so at least it wasn’t a complete waste of money.

Great food and atmosphere, though there is little seating and food can take a while during peak hours. But if you're willing/able to wait the phoritto is absolutely fantastic.

I've given this place two tries and both times the food was completely underwhelming. I'm Japanese and I love all kinds of Asian food, but maybe Asian "fusion" isn't for me.
