Bad food from a bad owner.

My favorite Garland District eats spot! Spokane needs more places like Little Noodle. Always friendly, always tasty, and always the right choice!

Wow I was so blown away with this place! We got the vegan pho (add the marinated mushrooms), vegan ramen (you HAVE to get the mushroom tonkatsu broth) and vegan masubi (get it crisped!) . The smoked tofu is to die for. A must try restaurant!

Some things were amazing others were short of expectation, went for restaurant week place is smaller with tiny tables my drink was 11 dollars for a thai tea it was tasty but I wouldn't normally pay so much for those, I am gluten free so I had to pick what was safe to eat I got the japachae, which wasn't bad just no sauce didn't have much flavor small portion, than the pho I asked for beef, came with small amount of toppings which is OK but limes were so tiny hard to squeeze juice from lol and cabbage no expected toppings like sprouts or thai basil seemed strange to me, pho wasn't a big portion either but tasty but the dessert was the worst version of mango sticky rice I've ever had tbh it came in a small paper boat, with very small warm julienne peices of mango atop not at all sticky rice not even cooked all the way it was more like 4 tablespoons of loose white rice with no coconut milk or flavoring added and wasn't cooked thoroughly it was super disappointing dont purchase

Ate here for the first time during restaurant week. First and third course were tiny, second course was decent size but not hefty. I ordered rice cakes for my first course, I think what I recieved was some sort of noodle, but didn’t seem to match the description of any of the restaurant week options. I was there to try new things so I just went with it, but they weren't great. Second course I ordered pho and paid extra for meat. It was very bland and disappointing. My friend ordered bulgogi bao buns and she seemed happy with them. Third course I ordered tiramisu and it was very much not a typical tiramisu, no coffee flavor, a kind of soggy graham cracker crust. My friend ordered the cheesecake and enjoyed that. Personally the only thing I would recommend is the berry tea with Boba. Disappointing to spend over $80 on 2 lunches and leave unsatisfied and still hungry.

The hands down best ramen place in town. The atmosphere is amazing love the vibe and aesthetic. The sever was also amazing and very attentive to our needs. The only ramen place I will go going for now on.

My daughter ordered the vegan version of the bao buns and the cashier said she didn’t know if the buns were vegan. That alone is not a big deal, but it says on the menu they offer a vegan version of the dish. Looked at the receipt later (it was emailed) and instead of subbing out the tri tip for tofu, I was up charged $5 for tofu (it says on the menu that can be subbed without mention of an up charge). The lettuce in the spring rolls was old with slimy bits and the white parts had turned red/brown. It was very cold in the dining space, 32 degrees outside, and a worker kept propping the door open. I understand kitchens get hot, but it is such a small space that the frigid air coming in made the dining space very uncomfortable. The chopsticks I was given were mismatched, which in cultures that use chopsticks, is at best a sign of carelessness and disrespect at worst thought to usher in death. When I asked for a matching pair, I was told they were all mismatched and given a set that was “close enough”. While it sounds nit-picky, that lack of awareness and concern was a common thread throughout. Cute idea, but it has gone downhill and definitely not worth the $50 +tip. If you visit check your receipt, bring a warm coat, and don’t tip until after you eat.

It took 20minutes to get food. There is no reason taking 20min to cook noodle. I ordered Pho but they don’t have beef that day. How did you get the broth without beef? The garlic sesame noodle is too salty to swallow. The staffs were nice and warm. But I would need more professional cooking and serving for a dining experience.

Cute little joint with great noodles. The kimchi udon was that perfect balance of spicy without overpowering the other flavors which is hard to find in the US. I usually have to add extra chili... That said, if you prefer low/no spice then you may want to pick a different dish. Also, they use vegan kimchi, so the whole dish is vegetarian (and vegan if you ask for no egg) which was really appreciated :).

Last night a pal and I had dinner at the Little Noodle and it was terrific! The Pho was very well made and delicious and the cocktail was also very good. The service was warm and charming and I’m excited to suggest to everybody to check it out, you’ll be grateful you did..

Biggest waste of 30$ in my life. We got the soup dumplings and there was no broth in any of them, the dough was so thick and not flavourful at all. One order of dumplings comes with 6 dumplings for 14$……. That speaks for itself. I do feel bad that the only worker here was alone with no help but the service wasn’t top tier either. I would recommend going to trader joes and getting the dumplings you can make in your own micro wave for 6 bucks.

Don't go here. If you do, take the day off because it will take you at least 1.5 hours to get your food and the cashier and waitress are doing the cooking and don't have any idea what they are doing. Literally heard one of them say, "I've never made this before, how hard can it be?"

Got my food, wasn't even what I ordered. Waste of time and money
