Outstanding food and service! We've never been disappointed. At our last visit my husband had sea bass and said it was the best he's ever had. I had the salmon, in fact I almost always get the salmon, because it's THAT good! We travel from Missoula to eat at Luna and we will be back!!

Horrible customer service. My account was hacked for identity theft and fraud last month. Chase bank even text messaged notify of the fraudulent activity. So I go to the bank and talk to an Bank advisor guy who advises I shut my checking account down hacked for fraud and identity theft and freeze all my credit lines and change all my user names on all my banking Mobil apps. And open a new checking account and transfer my funds over to my new checking account just to be safe. I follow his advice. A month later goes by after all this happened to me and chase bank has once again authorized these fraudulent transactions to occur and the charge me again on my new bank account. The transactions are even dated back to February 15th last month when I had to close my bank account for fraud and identity theft and the customer service, claims department and the fraud department could even give a shit less this is happening to me again or do anything to stop it from happening chase let all these fraud charges go through again on my new bank account all wire transactions in states I do not live in and never have lived in and I never even travel dated a month ago back in time knowing I just closed my bank account with Chase for fraud and identity theft and opened a new bank account. It's like does anyone that works five a fuck at all about what they do or helping their customers or trying to protect them from fraud and identify theft or what?!!?! Fuck chase bank!!!!! Chase bank fucking sucks at everything they do!

The atmosphere of this restaurant is lovely, and the staff was wonderful, but the food was terrible. I had the pepperoni pizza which cost $21. The sauce tasted like it was out of a can of tomato paste. I honestly thought that it tasted like a frozen pizza. I only ate half (because I was hungry) and couldn't box it up to go home. My husband had the burger and he said the beef patty tasted frozen. He remarked that he would have been happier with a burger from a fast food place. We spent a lot of money and left extremely disappointed. We went home to rummage our fridge for something to eat. The bill was very expensive. We decided we will never go back.

GEM on the South Hill. Luna bar is the best spot to meet a friend or date night. Last week my husband and I met another couple and sat at the bar. Yummy food and great wine choices too. I love their salads and always add salmon. The pizzas are my husbands fav. Last night I met friends and sat at the best bar booth in town. We love the energy and service. Love the new menu items too.

Completely wonderful. I had three wonderful dishes, and the last two I've never had before, three small plates. The last one was one of the best things I've ever eaten, been to Paris, have 157 cookbooks. I told our waiter to tell the chefs to give themselves hugs because I couldn't reach. ;0 )

Luna is a favorite in the Spokane area. Always fresh, always seasoned well, and always a good time. Service is great and food is delicious no matter which option you go with!
Our server was lovely and so attentive. Love the atmosphere. My food was just ok, surprisingly. I had the mussels and the broth was bland. The beet salad was yummy. The drink was great. Overall I would definitely go back again.
