Food truck at apple blossom... I ordered the bacon cheese fries. First the young man put an old #10 refried bean can...with some cheese of some sort all coagulation into the fryer...then the fries into the said fryer (at the same time)....I was served a brick of nasty fries with nasty cheese...when I asked where the bacon was he said they were out. Then I was pointed to the salt shaker...there wasn't even a way to salt this brick. Needless to say the fries met the garbage. While yhe fries were cooking with the papered tin can, I observed the process of him scraping the grill and mixing the scraping with the other Mac n cheeses (being kept warm) and adding more goopy cheese from said can cooking in the oil with my brick or fries.

They had a booth at our Apple Blossom Festival in Wenatchee. I decided to try it. Should have saved my money. Small portions for the money you spend. I got the pulled pork mac-n-cheese, which was not like the picture. Picture was pulled pork on top of the mac-n-cheese, it was all mixed together so you couldn't even taste the mac-n-cheese. I will say their service was quick & the lady that took my order was really nice.

Server took 8 minutes to get us menus. Food took over 20 minutes. We were only the third party in a mostly empty restaurant on a Saturday night. Wife loved the brisket mac for 20; I was very disappointed with the pulled pork mac (I picked out the meat, and ate the bread).
The waitress was aptly named, because we waited on her A LOT. Service to the people next to us seemed fine; she vanished when it came to our table (I had to ask the bartender to get our check and cash us out).
VERY disappointed. Won't be back.

Just ate at Mac Daddy’s for the first time and it was wonderful! The food was delicious (in-house smoked bbq pork 🤤 with Mac and cheese) and the service was great! Shannon was super friendly and helpful. We will be back so we can try the different mac and cheese!

We have our 49er group here during Foot ball season. The staff is so welcoming and very friendly. To also top it all off the food is pretty amazing as well. Great establishment for a party or get together.

The name says Mac -- and oh man, they do Mac and Cheese up right and in so many ways. My favorites are Lobster Mac&Cheese and the Pulled Pork Mac&Cheese. What's not obvious is their menu is broad and everything on it is fabulous! My favorite other item is their Cheese Steak hand held, made with ribeye steak! They have great bartenders and servers too!
