We love mac daddy's but was really really frusterated with the service.
We only saw our waitress 3x in the hour we were there. We sat with empty drinks for over half the time we were there.
The food was good but the service sucked!!!

We used Mac Daddy's at our All-Class Reunion event this past weekend, and it was a wonderful experience having Nick and his team there. Even with multiple food vendors present, Mac Daddy's really stood out with their delicious mac and cheese options for our guests to enjoy.

Sooo disappointed. Never been before, went for the football game and the lobster mac n cheese. Which was so dry, no taste at all. You pay 22 bucks for noodles that cost less than a dollar. If there was lobster in the meal it was chopped so small I could not really find any kind of chunks at all. I split an order with a friend and we both took home leftovers. The best part of my journey was the very sweet wait gal. Kind, funny, and attentive to our needs. If we ever go there again I will eat before hand. So sad for this meal.

I've never had such over cooked chicken in my life. It was so overdone it turned into a brick. Definitely dont recommend. Will not come back. Ever.
This was wonderful, definitely better than I expected. Salad bar always small, but good. The Mac and cheese - perfect and a very nice serving size. Waitress was very friendly and helpful as well!

This place used to rock as a food truck and the location up north. Since moving to the mall it’s gone downhill. Mac is oily and lacks flavor. Mac and cheese balls are dry, so are then wings. Wanted to love this place still but it’s our 3rd trip to the mall location and it’s unfortunately just not good anymore.

Good location but the salad bar was small and ranch dressing was watered down! Cheap place but I wish I would’ve went to the food court upstairs for the same price.
