I used to really like this place and would come here daily. The lattes i ordered started to be bad more times than good, and they recently hired a new girl with a consistent crappy attitude. I can handle a subpar latte, but when paired with a long wait AND bad customer service, I gotta take my business elsewhere. Im actually pretty sad about it. Maybe ill try again in a couple of months and see if something has changed. Also, they changed over to a digital rewards program, and since I pay cash, there is no prompt for me to give my number for points, and i haven't been proactively asked once. When I got 2 coffees a day, those used to add up fast when they had punch cards!

Update. Today I went and waited 15 minutes for two bagels and one coffee. Drove away and realized they never gave us the cream cheese for our bagels. Kind of a bummer.
Absolutely love this place! I couldn’t even tell you which one is better. Their coffee, their food or their service! Highly recommend!!

I order food from them on door dash about 2- 3 times a month on average. I will say first, the food is always 10/10. That’s why I keep ordering from them! But also my drink is never consistent. I always get a Red Bull, with flavor, and sometimes I want cream. Their house made sauces are an extra 1.00 so if I want vanilla and pay a dollar, it better show up with vanilla, sometimes they don’t even put straws in the bag lol. For coffee add ons their prices are on the higher end for house made sauces. And I can only think of a once or twice my drink has shown up 100% how I ordered it. I’m not expecting anything other than what I ordered either. I have to end up reporting the issue to door dash and getting partial refunds on the drink. It’s getting frustrating and I just can’t order from this place anymore. I’ve worked in coffee for years, so I know it’s not hard.

Ordered from the breakfast menu and to my wife's surprise, she found a long nasty hair cooked into the cheese. Won't be ordering from here again, not hard to keep hair out of food. I don't like to leave negative reviews but since I'm here the coffee is below average too, food did taste good but it's a shame it had hairy properties about it. 10/10 would not recommend. Is this a food establishment or hair salon?
A must stop place any time I'm in North Spokane. Love their lavender brown sugar lattes!

We come here all the time, and wait in the drive though forever but we were in a hurry so we preemptively ordered online so it would be ready when we got there this time. We came inside and were told that they didn’t even accept the order yet, and it would be 20 minutes. But they kept making the orders for the people that got there after us even though we were waiting longer than those people and we waited there for 40 minutes before we got our food. I understand if online orders get second priority since they aren’t there, but we were there. If we are in person, waiting why does it matter that I ordered online. If they’re just starting the order, why not just treat it like I just ordered in person like everyone after me. And we only did it because we were on a time crunch, and so we were very late. I would’ve left but I already paid online. :( just made me feel really bad to be treated poorly, especially when we go there all the time and I’ve recommended the place a ton. Also, a lot of places if they’re forgetting about you, will do something to apologize at least.
FYI I never received any refund or credit for my order

Coffee and deserts are amazing. Service sucks cause there so busy all the time that they dont have time to show the customers any attention. Id say to def go to this place but choose the time right cause they do get extremely busy
