I have been coming here since I was around 10! That has been over 15 years! Food is fantastic, costs are reasonable for 5 courses, the difference in flavors are amazing, and the atmosphere is so relaxing that my husband and I got married there! It was amazing! There wasn't a crazy restaurant atmosphere and we enjoyed a quiet and relaxing dinner with our marriage! My husband says it's the best baklava he's had, hands down. I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone for a fun dinner you'll share with anyone traveling in!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free so I didn't have bread, but everything else is delicious. Also didn't have the baklava or the Philo dough (3rd course).

Food was great! Service was great! Owner was very friendly and had a great attitude. Only issue was that the wifi was down so it was cash or check, which would have been nice to know beforehand.Wheelchair accessibility: Free parking close by, no stairs, and a large bathroom.

If you want an experience, this is the place to go. There are some reviewers here who don’t understand what this restaurant is. If you want to order off menu, this might not be the place for you, but if you’re ready for a unique cultural experience and a delightful host then you’re in for a great night.Bring cash - it does seem that there likely is no credit machine as many reviews have said the same thing we experienced at the end of our meal. The price for two five course dinners served on literal silver platters was so reasonable and fair. We left full and content.Yes the food was warmed, but the food is prepared by a chef that comes in who has worked in this restaurant for over 20 years. Many restaurants warm their food, that’s really normal in this industry. All the decor was imported from Morocco over 20 years ago.The owner serves with a smile and a million stories. We left with full bellies and a new friend.

Everything is great here, very relaxing, very intimate setting, a great place to come with people you like who are a little adventurous. Best lamb I've ever had.Parking: Parking is right alongside the building with enough spots for occupancy.Wheelchair accessibility: Has ample space for mobility devices and no steps or uneven pathways

This was by far the WORST restaurant I have ever been too. First the appetizer was straight up store bought wheat bread and the hummus was absolutely disgusting, was way too sour. Second we could hear a microwave, A. Microwave. Third the server was way too talkative and just made me way too uncomfortable. He was even forcing us to eat the rest of the food on our plates. Fourth the food was so overpriced and was so unimaginably MID and you don't even get that much food. Fifth it was so quiet. Don't get me wrong I love being in dead silence but in a restaurant it just doesn't feel right, a restaurant is supposed to be lively and talkative and it was so quiet that you could hear one other group across the room. And finally we got dessert... How can you make a dessert so plain and flavorless. It was so depressing to eat that I went in for second to try and quench my hunger and it didn't do jack crap. DO NOT COME HERE! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE DON'T!!

Oh boy....what can I say about this fiasco of a dining establishment? I want to preface this review by telling you that I have eaten in multiple third-world countries to include a lunch on the floor of a local family's living room in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan and THAT was more enjoyable. We were invited by some (now ex-) friends to have dinner here on a Friday evening in July, 2023. We (7 people) walked in around 5:30 and the place was COMPLETELY empty. No music, dusty decor, moldy smell. (Admittedly, we should have immediately left...my bad) We stood there for about 20 seconds and we're finally greeted by the owner/server/host/cook(?) in a white under-shirt. (He was the only employe we saw the entire evening) He sat us close to the door and seating was in built-in bench seats and "poof" chairs that were probably close to a century old. The same guy in his t-shirt brought us all room-temperature water with a story about a broken ice-maker and a "tea" that more resembled dirty dishwater both in color and taste. The menu was headlined by a large red disclaimer about hiding valuables in your vehicle due to vandalism. Yay! After a communal hand-washing, everyone had a 5-course meal that started with a lentil soup that actually wasn't bad. The second course was a watery hummus plate doused in (too much) vinegar served with toast-points?...Nope...wheat bread slices from the local save-a-lot grocery store. The food continued to disappoint and the soothing sounds of the microwave in the kitchen failed to blend into the background music...4 tracks on repeat. The dessert was a baklava that I am 100% sure was purchased from the same save-a-lot the hummus bread cake from. The lackluster meal was followed by yet another communal hand-washing and the check. $167 for 7 people. Not a ridiculous price for a decent restaurant...which this place was NOT. The cherry on top of this ethnic misadventure was when the owner/cook/server told us his wifi was down and we needed to pay in cash. Paying the tab was worth it to just get the hell out of there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.

Dont go, to many other places in Spokane to spend your money on. Walked in, super hot, said there was no soda, then said there was no Ice for any of the drinks, the microwave was going off, and the food tasted like left overs, at the end, said the wifi was down so it was cash or check only. Complete trash, wont go
