The pizza is great. The server remembers us. He knows what we drink and the kind of pizza we order. Great

My husband and six year old daughter and I decided to try out local pizza joint tonight! When we came in, not a single staff member was to be seen for about 10 minutes after choosing our own table. There was less than 10 people in the restaurant when we arrived. After the waitress finally came out she asked us what we wanted to drink.. we got 2 lemonades and my daughter got a chocolate milk.. which took an additional 10 minutes to receive… when my daughter chocolate milk came out it wasn’t even stirred.. I had to take the lid off and stir it so she didn’t drink straight up chocolate syrup.. after she sat out drinks down we informed her we were ready to order. We ordered an appetizer which was the potato wedges we also ordered a kids meal with 2 slices of cheese pizza, a large Buffalo chicken pizza, and a large salad. After we ordered pizza a big group of young people came in and instantly sat at the bar.. my husband and I saw her take their orders and not a single ID was checked, yet she right away made a round of shots for each of them and beer.. We then saw the waitresses attention quickly turn to only the younger crowd.. We waited a tad over 45 min for our pizza to come out which is okay.. but we expected to have at least our app before the pizza came out but it ended up coming out all at the same time.. not to mention everything was SUPER COLD.. I asked for a fork for my salad as I was not provided one and had to wait an additional 5-6 minutes to get a fork because “she had to go and wash them” she did come by and ask us how the food was and we asked water for the table.. she only brought one water.. so we had to wait and ask for more water but instead went to the bar and started making her friends more drinks.. when we asked for our bill she was talking to her group of friends and acted annoyed that we were interrupting her.. when she brought us our boxes and bill she didn’t bring a pen.. she went straight back to talking to her friends so my husband had to go get a pen just to sign our check. After waiting around for an additional 10 minutes and get walking by the table twice without taking our card to process my husband stood up to get her attention then she finally came over..Needless to say.. we are super super disappointed with our service and food.. it wasn’t worth the 60 plus dollars we spent..

This place needs a remedial class on customer service. We placed a take-out order, and found that one of the pizzas we received was wildly incorrect. When we called about the mistake, we were told not to do anything with it, and that we would have to show the "proof" we received the wrong pizza. Also, that they might want the entire thing back, so don't eat any. It sounded a lot like we were being accused of scamming them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and went to visit the restaurant in person. I walked in at 9:15pm on a Saturday and sat at the bar. And sat. And sat. I was never acknowledged by any of the staff, although they saw me come in and sit down. They were certainly friendly to other patrons that came in behind me that they seemed to be friends with, as I sat there and was ignored. I finally got up and went somewhere else to spend my money, there are plenty of places to eat in the area where I can receive the most basic customer service.

The food was okay. Almost everything tasted sweet. The prices were a little high. Like 10 wing's for 20, dollars and a lg IPA is 11,25 . Other than that. It's okay.

Not the best pizza. But we ordered over the phone and they left off 3 ingredients and we paid for them. Not happy.

6 kids and 2 adults, all happily well fed. We were given kids menus and crayons right away. Our server, Laura, was very kind and patient. The food was excellent! We ordered an 18 inch and a 10 inch. Everyone wanted seconds and thirds. We ordered a pitcher of lemonade too.

Been here a few times but the total lack of customer service had me walk out the last time I was here. There were at least five people working but for some reason no one is waiting tables. I don't get it, 20 minutes and no one bothered bringing us a menu. Won't come back ever again. Terrible. No idea why they have all those people working if they aren't going to serve customers. Maybe it is a front for a different business? They obviously have no interest in running a pizzeria. Luckily there are two restaurants right next door with excellence service.

To start, I was in town all day w my toddler kids, yay fun.. Any parent knows how stressful that can be. My husband called right as we were leaving town and really wanted a Calzone. I dont feel like cooking after I get home. So I called several places and it was eather to late or didn't make them. I stumbled on McClains. When I called they were so helpful and nice. It was close to there closing time but they didn't mind. When I arrived, got my order and headed to my car. Now my kids are hungry for the 4th time today. So I went back in, mind you it's 3min before they close, and ask them to make a cheese pizza & bread sticks. "No problem "! Was there response. After me going in and out 3 times, after they closed.... they were still so nice to me.I was even annoyed of myself by then but I left, what I hope, was a generous tip. I couldn't appreciate these guys more! Thank you so much from a buisy, tiered Mother of 5.*No pictures, family ate it before I could take any.

Honestly kind of sucked not gunna lie. Ordered from Uber eats so I understand it's not going to be as good as dining in, but that doesn't excuse the quality. We ordered the nirvana pizza, which is supposed to be like a Margherita pizza. The toppings on it were sad to say the least. Ordered a large 18" ($36 btw) and it has about maybe a handful of diced tomatoes or less. The salty balls were undercooked, greasy, and not even that salty. Needless to say, $60 for a large pizza and 2 orders of the balls (which were buy one get one free just to mention) was a huge waste of my money and i will not be returning. Try zeeks or fieldhouse. Maybe even chuck e cheese

Their appetizers are terrible, their pizza is okay. Would I go back? Not really, only if I don't have any other option. Their service tho, it is good.

I wanted to give 5 stars for food, but the pasta and sides are not as great as their pizza. Wings are usually rubbery because they are baked, jojos and wings would be better fried. Salty balls would be better served with a WARM cheese sauce and little parmesan and garlic. Pastas could use a little more flavor in the sauce. So I knocked the food down a star. But I go for the pizza. All the pizzas I have had are delicious. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Overall 5 stars.
