I’m writing to share feedback about a recent experience at your location, in hopes it can be used for coaching and improving customer service. I am not interested in a refund, coupon or even to single out any specific employee.

On Sunday, December 14 around 2:00 PM, I went through the drive-thru to order lunch for three young teenagers. We only came here for the Grinch meals that we just saw advertised for the first time. I saw the Grinch fries on the menu and asked if the Grinch meal was available. The gentleman taking my order responded abruptly that it was not. I then took a moment to ask the teenagers if they still wanted their meals without the socks, as they were disappointed.

I continued ordering three meals: two 10-piece nugget meals (one with ranch, one with sweet and sour) and one Big Mac meal, all with the Grinch fries upcharge. Although I was told this was possible, the meals were rung up as separate items instead of meals. I was very tired from working overnight and chose not to question it further to avoid confrontation.

I also ordered a large fry for myself and requested extra ranch and sweet and sour with the nugget meals. When I received my order, I noticed the large fry was missing, so I went inside to retrieve it. While waiting, it appeared that several staff members were talking negatively about me, in a way that was very upsetting and while no one acknowledged me for a short time.

After leaving, we realized there were only two ranch and two sweet and sour sauces total, which was not enough for all the nuggets and fries.

I have over ten years of experience working in food service and understand how stressful the job can be. However, speaking negatively about customers within earshot and providing dismissive service is very disappointing. This was, unfortunately, the worst overall customer service experience I have received at a McDonald’s .

Again, I am not looking for anything in return. I simply hope this feedback can be used to help improve customer service and communication moving forward.

Everytime I come to this mcdonald's they take forever and cant give you and average time on how long, even for a simple meal, the workers are rude and one time one of the workers said I didn't pay when 5 seconds before I handed another worker my card and kept accusing me of not paying till I showed her the receipt that I wrinkled into a ball. But as a (Fast Food Restaurant) people shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes

Use their mobile app to do an order spent the last $30 I have to feed my family and they magically can’t process my order because they can’t find it even though I showed it to them on my phone showed them that they charged me. They refused to refund me. The manager is a complete rude careless person saying sorry you’ll get it back in 7 to 10 business days and AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS I DIF PAY AND PLACE MY ORDER. Manager said well that’s to bad nothing I can do .

Me and my girlfriend went to McDonald’s it wasn’t busy or anything they had me pull forward we waited patiently for our food for it to look like this that’s unacceptable for any food place it upsetting when people can’t do the job they are paid for doing

Every time I have gone to this place, they have forgotten something from the meals. In this case, they forgot an entire meal. Ordered food for 2 people, and only got 1 item. i am so done getting any sort of service from this location.

I am the only person in line and they asked me to pull forward. Sounds like they are trying to provide false drive-thru times to their leadership. If I pulled all the way forward where they wanted me to, I would be blocking the public side walk. Irritated that they put us in this situation.

Absolute joke of a restaurant. They have every car pull into one of their reserved spots to wait for their food as they are unable to be efficient in the drive through.

Someone definitely spit on my burger which is crazy cause it’s the easiest item on the menu besides maybe fries or nuggies, it was an online order and I was the only one in the drive through. I worked in the food industry for years and I can tell ya that’s the most nasty thing you could do. Definitely hope you didn’t spit on all the burgers because my toddler ate the other one before I even opened this one. And if you’re doubting it, tell me what ingredient on a basic double cheese is as viscous as water… yall nasty.

I wanted to order breakfast but they said it ended 10 minutes ago
So I ordered the chicken like Mcnuggets. I gave them my code hoping I'd at least get the $1 pop...nope have to do that on the app because it's too much thinking for the nose ringed all about me teeny bopper to press a button. My meal cost $12.73. I couldn't even read the receipt for the survey because it's beyond comprehension to change the printer ink. When I opened the bag the fries were cold even though they just started serving lunch 10 minutes ago. They used to serve breakfast until 2 but it must be more cost effective to lose a customer. I don't get McDonalds very often. I'm not loving it 😕
