The last two years this place has gone to dirt. Rude service. Always missing items, or substitutions on burgers. Soggy fries, or stale fries. Tonight I finally decided to leave a bad review. Not surprisingly, these reviews show the decline of this place. If you want THE WORST FAST-FOOD EXPERIENCE in Spokane, this is the place. No idea what's going on here. Franchise owner should fire everyone and start over. You know it's bad when there's a line of people bringing food back and asking for refunds. McDonalds- I love your food. But this place is giving you such a bad rap. Expect to be disappointed if you go here. EVERY time we go here, we have a bad time. We wait a couple of mo ths and go back, and nothing ever changes. Bad bad bad, bad to the bone.

I want to believe I didn’t just experience racism in beautiful Spokane . But the lady closing on 4/22/25 at 10:57pm black hair —I’m pretty sure she spit on our food, she gave us the wrapping inside out, upside down fries and nearly empty fries. Our burgers were squished aggressively and when we realized she locked the door behind her. I understand maybe the time we arrived was possibly close to the end of her shift but that’s no way to treat anyone . As new home Owners here in Spokane this really disappoints me . I hope this McDonald’s location Does better , it makes this whole experience distasteful .

I was there yesterday and ordered a hamburger, fries, and a shamrock shake. The hamburger and fries were delicious but the shamrock shake was disgusting. There was so much whipping cream that you couldn’t even taste the shamrock part of the shake. I ended up throwing it out. When they first came out with the shake there was no whipping cream and the shake was delicious. I was very disappointed and would never order a shake from you again.
The employees were warm and friendly towards both me and my dog. Didn't feel judged for once. Thank you.

Service was great food was great I gave atmosphere a one star due to a gentleman by the name of Keith Was definitely not a team player was bragging about how great he is and how all the other employees suck he does everything and all stations better then all other employees Other employees were telling each other good job for being number one store for times and accuracy on getting orders out Keith entered the conversation saying your welcome that was all me you could see the Happiness and excitement leave all of the other coworkers and the atmosphere of excitement and happiness changed quickly was not satisfied with how this individual treated his fellow coworkers
