I was there yesterday and ordered a hamburger, fries, and a shamrock shake. The hamburger and fries were delicious but the shamrock shake was disgusting. There was so much whipping cream that you couldn’t even taste the shamrock part of the shake. I ended up throwing it out. When they first came out with the shake there was no whipping cream and the shake was delicious. I was very disappointed and would never order a shake from you again.

Service was great food was great I gave atmosphere a one star due to a gentleman by the name of Keith Was definitely not a team player was bragging about how great he is and how all the other employees suck he does everything and all stations better then all other employees Other employees were telling each other good job for being number one store for times and accuracy on getting orders out Keith entered the conversation saying your welcome that was all me you could see the Happiness and excitement leave all of the other coworkers and the atmosphere of excitement and happiness changed quickly was not satisfied with how this individual treated his fellow coworkers

Great place for fast food! They are in the process of remodeling right now, but It will be Beautiful once completed. Always nice employees, Fast & easy service been coming here for over 10 years! It's my niece & sons favorite place to eat. Only thing my son would change I having a play place to play in.

The incompetence and rudeness is astonishing. To the lady in the drive thru, if there is no one behind the car at the drive through and the driver you asked to move, moves when another car is coming. Do not send your lackey to be rude as well. And if no one comes as in no other customer in the drive thru, it is unnecessary for a customer to move their vehicle. All my food was just thrown into the bag, not in their container. A 10 piece and French fries just thrown in the bag. Only one nice and competent employee was the gentleman at the first window who took my money. After all of that, my food was cold. Luckily my kids enjoyed their meals.

Bothe food and service here are predictable - commensurate with any McDonalds. So why the 2-star rating? The absurd pricing. I don't know if the Indian Trail location is an anomaly or if this location is - but the Indian Trail location is ***much*** cheaper. I ordered a Bacon egg bagel meal and a steak egg bagel meal and it $4 more at this location that at Indian Trail (mathematically 20% more). Thanks but no thanks. From where I am, either location is equidistant - I'll be crossing this location off my list.
