I sent my teenage son and his boyfriend in there and this woman who was at the counter started to flirt with them and then gave them a bunch of free food. I am trying to teach my boy how to pay for things and this was highly unappreciated. Then i called and supposedly the manager was on the phone and wouldn’t take me seriously calling me “funny” and then hung up. Please do not go here and support this molestion and terrible customer service

FILL UP THE FRIES ALREADY!!!! A half empty fry is getting pretty ridiculous!!! 8 out of 10 times your order will be wrong!!!! They have a new manager who will hopefully fix things!!! ( He didn't do anything) Make sure to check your order before leaving!!! Or just don't go!!!

Waited in the lobby for several minutes, no employees working the counter. No customer service. I know it's fast food, but they can't manage to staff an employee in the front? Really terrible.

They always make you move forward to the window up front even tho there’s no one in front of me …. 10 minute wait for a smoothie then after 19 minutes they forgot about me they said they didn’t have the smoothie mix. They’re more concerned about ticket times than customer service. We’re not stupid why you guys do this lmao
