Average, nothing stands out to call this place exceptional. Just, regular service, food was typical McDonald's. Nothing bad, just nothing exciting or new to race about. Atmosphere was ok, not rowdy like other McDonald's locations.

First, 2/3 of the tables in the lobby were dirty, and there was no sign of anyone getting around to cleaning them while I was there. An employee walked through the lobby to collect trays, and paid no mind to the dirty tables.
Also: No self-serve soda station? Who doesn’t do this anymore?
Food took so long that I almost gave up and left. How is it possible for one simple order to take so long? Nobody ordered in the lobby before or after me.
My order was incorrect, and I had to wait additional time for an item they had overlooked.
The McDonalds on Argonne, 29th, and Regal are all run way better than this store. Avoid.
One of your window guys was making some Very innapropriate comments to some of the younger girls around him. He kept asking one girl for for a hug over and over and she looked very uncomfortable. And he was way older than them. He should not be working there if he's just going to harass young girls. I'm a mother & I would not let my teens work here.

Well, after a 25 minute wait in the drive through and then another 25 minute in the lobby, they tried to hand me 40 min old cold food and it was wrong again. I had been patient for almost an hour and then treated me like it was my fault. The customer service just gets worse and worse!

As a doordasher I can say this place has the crown for the rudest employees of any place I’ve had to regularly pickup orders from in spokane. Not to mention I don’t think I’ve ever picked up an order here that was actually ready by its pickup time.
