The good: the pricing at this location is, for whatever reason, better than the other McDs in the area (notably the Francis and Division locations). The bad: if your site doesn't work with mobile apps - why are you even an option on the mobile app? I tried 4 times only to get a "sorry we're having problems" error - but (big surprise here) I was charged all 4 times. And all 4 are *posted* - not just pending. To add insult to injury, the app's only option for contact is to fill out an overly onerous form and then, I suppose, I wait for the complaint fairy to come pickup my ticket and hope he throws my $80 back under my pillow. McDs can, and should, do better.

Do not eat here my child ordered a big Mac with no onions and pickle of course it came with them when I went back to get a remake they took the old one from me asked a guy who was about to mob to just put on gloves not wash his hands and just pull the pickles off and scrape of the onions and handed me back the same burger like I didn’t watch him do this

I was just in to get some iced tea and the young man at the register had a great positive attitude it was nice to see someone that had his enthusiasm about his job thank you Isaac I hope you keep that kind of work ethic for a long time

They are not well versed in using the McDonalds app at all which was rather odd to me. Also wjen I ordered through the App it was 2 more dollara than when i jusg purchased it not through the app so beware if that. Example the hashbrown is $1.99 through the mobile app its 2.29. They couldn't even tell me if there was a way to cancel the order that was sent to the wrong McDonalds location so I could redo it for that store. There is a way to cancel the order under order details. Took me a good 20 minutes to figure out. Not only did they look like deer in headlights they then proceeded to just completely ignore me all together instead of helping me. I had to pay again at the counter and figured put how to cancek the other order to het that money back. At least i found out there are price descrepencies betwwen mobile or not. It was one of the most frustrating fast food experiences I have ever had.
Parking: The lot was clean with plenty of parking.

Constantly have to pull forward and wait. Always understaffed. Burgers just slapped together. When I finally get the burger it’s old so why was I waiting. Sometimes I see my order sitting in the bag when the workers are just talking to each other.

Couple of things to say on this review: 1) Mia is an absolute all-star in terms of speed, efficiency, and attitude. Best on the intercom that I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise, immediately. 2) the middle aged lady that works mornings is a legend as well and I'm pretty sure she could identify me by my order by now. She also deserves a raise. 3) BEST McDonald's hands down. How this location has a 3.7 star rating is beyond me. Obviously the people reviewing it have never been to the downtown location and are extremely spoiled. 4) they actually customize my order when i request it rather than handing me a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp. 5) NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE and i order here more than I'd like to admit!
