Love the service easily the best McDonald’s around Spokane although recently i ordered a coffee with a little extra creamer and before she gave it to me she took a photo of it and showed her coworkers and when i received it was half creamer and not what i ordered her hygiene is also pretty poor but I don’t know her home situation so I don’t want to say much about that I believe her name was Payton she looked very young maybe 19 and has very blonde hair other than that great restaurant.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to document and resolve a service failure I have already tried to correct in person.
On or about April 30, 2025, I placed a drive through order that included two Crispy Chicken Sandwiches at the McDonalds location on Indian Trail Rd Spokane Washington. When I arrived home, both sandwiches were missing. I phoned the restaurant immediately and was told I could return that evening to pick them up. Because a second roundtrip would have taken roughly 30 minutes, I declined to return that night. A manager assured me that, on my next visit, I could simply give my name and the two sandwiches would be provided. When I returned on May 30, 2025, placed a new order, and referenced the missing sandwiches, I was informed that the offer had expired because too much time had passed. As a result, I have paid for two sandwiches I never received, invested additional time and fuel on a second trip, and experienced unnecessary frustration despite following the managers instructions.

Ordered sweet teas many times AND THEY GIVE ME A NORMAL UNSWEETEND TEA, one time went there around 10:45 when they close at 11:00 and the workers were super snotty acting like they cant make a sweet tea and 20 chicken nuggets that takes no more than 4 minutes to accomplish 👏🏻😂

The good: the pricing at this location is, for whatever reason, better than the other McDs in the area (notably the Francis and Division locations). The bad: if your site doesn't work with mobile apps - why are you even an option on the mobile app? I tried 4 times only to get a "sorry we're having problems" error - but (big surprise here) I was charged all 4 times. And all 4 are *posted* - not just pending. To add insult to injury, the app's only option for contact is to fill out an overly onerous form and then, I suppose, I wait for the complaint fairy to come pickup my ticket and hope he throws my $80 back under my pillow. McDs can, and should, do better.
Do not eat here my child ordered a big Mac with no onions and pickle of course it came with them when I went back to get a remake they took the old one from me asked a guy who was about to mob to just put on gloves not wash his hands and just pull the pickles off and scrape of the onions and handed me back the same burger like I didn’t watch him do this

What in the McVegitarian is going on here.. they gave me two McChicken that looked like they were for a rabbit... Not to mention the hand full of pickles and quarter pound of cheese ... They should turn this place into a TacoBell..
