As many have said, this is the WORST McDonald’s in Spokane. I usually avoid this location at all costs and go to the one at the Y, but made the decision to come here out of convenience and it was again a terrible experience. Massive line in the drive thru. Always slow. Decided to go inside, messed up one of our orders by up-charging a drink we didn’t ask for. Service was rude.
Do yourself a favor and drive a couple minutes up the road and go to the MCD’s at the Y and avoid the Wandermere location at all costs.
Used the app for first time for curbside pickup. Ordered for 4 meals. Not a single sauce included that was ordered. Such a chronic problem with McDonalds in general. I am ready to write them off. WARNING always check for the sauce! Fries and nuggets are barely edible anyway. Just regrettable without favorite sauces!

Ordered 2 Happy Meal hamburgers and they were burnt and dried out. My kids would not eat them. I went up and told the staff and showed them. I heard them laugh. I went back to gather our belongings and left. Definitely would NOT recommend this. Who know what there giving you in the kitchen if they don’t care.
