I don't love making a trip into McDonald's, but my kids always talk me into it, and honestly this specific location is usually good about having hot food and there careful not to mess up orders. No overall complaints

I've had multiple disappointing experiences here. Recently, I ordered a McGriddle that was so hard it was inedible; it should never have left the kitchen. This issue was on top of three previous visits where my order was incomplete - a Quarter Pounder was forgotten each time. When I discussed this with Kimberly, I was met with an unprofessional response and no apology.
I did receive a follow-up call from Candy, a new manager, who was empathetic and offered a refund along with free food vouchers. However, upon returning to the restaurant, I was only refunded for the order, yet no free vouchers as promised. We decided to give the place one last chance, but again, the order was incorrect, and the food was substandard.
The management and ownership severely need improvement. This location is not worth your time, money, or effort. There are many other McDonald's in town to choose from.

Giving 5 stars for Lucas specifically. What started out a bad trip to mcdonalds for a happy meal and ice cream for my granddaughter was turned around into a good visit thanks to Lucas. I hate the ordering kiosk, I believe if a human can take my order, they should. And, after the kiosk failed at placing my cash order, we were upset because we had waited a long time for nothing. By the time we left, Lucas had been kind, apologetic, and very customer service focused. Thank you Lucas, I'm sure it's hard at times dealing with upset customers but you handled it very well!
I bought a Big Mac meal and asked for tartar sauce and was told they would have to charge me for a sauce to use with the meal I just paid for

This place was a total train wreck tonight. For some reason the other lane's order showed on our screen. We were assured they got our order right. We pull forward and pay. Were not offered a receipt which we didnt think much of at the time. Were asked to pull forward to wait. After about 15 minutes we finally go in to see whats up. Find out our order has just been sitting there on the counter. They give it to us and we were dumb enough to leave without checking it. Get home and no nuggets from the 10 piece meal we ordered or any of the sauces we asked for. This McDonalds was not having a good night. Very dissatisfying experience.

I just spent $15 on food and asked for a ranch cup at the drive thru. Was told they have to charge me for a single sauce? Yeah I’m done coming here. Been coming here once a week for several years and I’m over it. Greedy location. I’ll be going to any location but this one from now on.

At 4:15pm last week in a near-empty drive-through, they somehow forgot a ten-piece chicken nuggets, all the sauces, all the straws, and the apple slices for my kids' happy meals. Called to complain about it. They asked me to go back out in the wintery mix and pick it up. I told them I'm alone with the kids and not doing that. They offered to mail a gift card for the food that I paid for already. I gave them my info. Nothing has arrived in the mail.
If the gift card arrives, this review will come down. Until then, everyone at this location should feel shame.

The service from the little Asian girl at the front end is horrible. I asked for a sausage McMuffin with no cheese, and I get charged for the more expensive sausage and egg McMuffin with cheese. It may be helpful to tell her to take her music out of her ears while she's taking people's orders. While I was standing in line she kept getting people's orders wrong.
