Not understanding orders clear enough. Also had to wait excessive time for order. Manager did give us an apple pie and extra cheesebuger for the wait. Not very accessible from road.

Went there on my way to take my kid to school to get coffee last friday am at about 7:35, I specifically asked for coffee to be stirred as it is dangerous to try and stir it in the car and I did not want to risk burning me daughter or I. Well the coffee was not stirred, I sat there and tested it and explained that it is not stirred and asked her to please stir it, she refused and comminced to barking and yelling insults at me ans my 7 year old daughter!! It was a manager and her employee, said thats not our job mfer and god knows what else she said as we drove off!! Unbelievable and rude and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! usually it is an okder woman who is so sweet and kind and accomodating but she was not there this day and the young manager they had working has no business working with customers she used us as target practice this day! If I was ownership Id want to know about this, I would let them go asap!!! This is unacceptable!!!

I came in after my EMT class to get a much needed bite to eat. It was about 9:50pm. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal medium w/ water. I was the only vehicle in line, and I waited at the drive-thru window for about 15 minutes. Once I got my food, I took a bite, and to my suprise, the burger literally had garbage in between the patties. The patty was also undercooked with a piece of plastic in between the two patties, not to mention the fries were cold. ( least of my concerns) When I took the food back, the employees actually laughed at me as I was leaving the lobby. The ( shift supervisor) was holding her mouth laughing like it was the funniest thing she'd ever witnessed. The whole thing was so bizzar, unexpected, and unnecessary. I was very respectful to them the entire time. I don't get it. What was the point of doing this to a customer?

I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder and I got all the way to deer park which is half way home and found out both my patties were raw. Waste of a large meal and my appetite. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this location either.

Went in to get a crispy mcchicken sandwich which turned out to be undercooked so i ended up getting really bad food poisoning for the next couple days. also the drive thru is slow i was in the queue for like 30 minutes. I recommend the mcDonalds off the newport highway it’s 100x better.

I eat here quite frequently. Mainly because it is convenient and cheaper than other fast food. Unfortunately, about half the time, they get my order wrong. And it is always the absolute slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Regularly takes them 15 to 20 minutes to fulfill orders.

For months the fries have been under cooked, as if it's become a policy. They also have been messing up a lot of orders.People I talked to in a nearby business had the same complaints that something weird is going on.On a corporate wide note, the updated Big Mac is awful.

Ordered a Mcdouble which is nearly $4.50 now and halfway through it realized it didn't have any pickles. Called the store, spoke with manager and she said to being the sandwich back and I would get another one, so I did and they gave me a new one free of charge. I went to eat that and the bun was ice cold. So I immediately took it back, they took than sandwich and gave me a new one. This one had fresh warm buns and I had 1 pickle and literally about 4 tiny diced little onions...what a joke. I didn't think an insanely overpriced simple burger was that difficult to make...

This McDonalds is great during the weekdays, but it's horrible on the weekends. I drive for UberEats and I have noticed a huge difference on the weekends such that I will cancel orders if I come here and there is an excessive wait. Which during the weekends is always the case. As I have said to many organizations, if you cannot support your lobby and your drive through you should shut down your drive-through. Why? If your labor can't suppor the lobby, it likey when you double-load your drive-through that experience is going to suck for the customer too!All you guys have is your customer service, your food is expensive and not high quality, so if the efficiency is taking a hit as well, it's only a matter of time before you start losing customers. Maybe you get enough that you don't care, but being able to increase your customer-base or at leat keep the customers happy you already have is paramount to your success!Mostly good, but need work on the weekends!
