Is this some new minimum-service and -interaction McDonald's? Nobody's out front. Everybody's working in the back. Drive-thru orders are handled briskly and anybody who comes into the lobby sits and waits and waits and waits and waits. I placed my order on the kiosk and it never came out. I finally snagged someone and asked about it. She said she'd work on it. She went back and worked on the drive-thru orders and then it come back. I finally left. A couple of hours later I went through the drive-thru to get what I wanted. If this is an experiment, fail. Epic fail.

Music was way to loud. Get rid of kiosk. There were absolutely no napkins sitting out, had to ask for salt/pepper, condiments. Employees where great, but we won't be going back.

Ordered two sasauge breakfast sandwiches through drive thru and a guy in a blue shirt named Charles that helped us was extremely rude while ordering and than even though he was told my order was right there he had .s wait while he just stood there. Worst service ever from here.

Multi-colored hair zombies run this location. They say "uhh what?" alot, and always screw up your order. I think the ice cream machine runs 10 days out of 365 days a year. So if you want a cool vanilla treat, your odds are 10/365.
