Even for a McDonald's this location is absolutely horrible. They will tell you that they don't have your mobile order until you throw a fit and make it clear that you have proof that you paid and you want your stuff and then they grudgingly give it to you and are very rude. Especially the manager I don't know who he is he's a man but he had very very long very very loud bright green fingernails and he was beyond rude. Do better.

Ive tried to go to the walk up window after work to get food several weekends in a row, but walk up window is always closed by 10pm on thursday and Friday, even though when I called and asked a manager what time walk up window closes and she said walk up is supposed to remain open till 1 thurs and 2 friday... The blonde manager lady is rude as can be those nights too :( BUT the guys she works with Dino and Robert I think are their names are awesome, always polite and apologetic.

I usually don't have an issue with this location but today I ordered and when I was eating my burger, I bit into something that was hard to pull apart and when I looked at it , it was plastic paper that was still left on it. And I was almost done with my burger.

Everything is normally fantastic here, but lately the person handing the food has been very off putting. I've tried to joke with them and smile, but they just keep treating us with a cold shoulder. I didn't like coming here and having to experience that lack of kindness or hospitality. I'm not kidding, this place was far better and a pleasure before this person started working the window. I'm not even sure what can be done about it, but someone needs to see if they are alright and if they need help. I'm worried for them.

I visited at 7pmish and ordered the new Hersheys Frappe. They handed me a frappe with the Hersheys base but it had caramel and hot fudge (not even chocolate sauce) on top of it instead of the chocolate chips. We went back around the drive thru and asked for it to be made correctly because I have allergies and wasn't sure if I could even have the hot fudge. They told me it was made correctly, and we told them it wasn't. They scoffed and took the drink back, then eventually handed us the correct drink and slammed the window in our face. Not making drinks correctly is a disaster waiting to happen, especially for people with allergies. Also, if you knew how to make the drink correctly, why not make it correctly the first time?

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through in the afternoon at this McDonald's location the person Taking orders Was extremely rude as soon as we started speaking to him when we got to the window he was very unprofessional told my boyfriend that he needed to put his cigarette out right now and then closed the window in his face. Keep in mind there is not one sign at the Voicebox or on the first window that says there is no smoking
