Terrible service!! It says to ring bell at outside window for service as I did and stood outside freezing forever as more then one employee. And back by the window looked right at me and then walked away. They completely keep ignoring me. Insane this service is completely crummy!!!! I’m a delivery driver and was picking up an order. I left!!! I stood out there 20 minutes with no help until I finally said nope and abandoned that order. We aren’t paid by the order. So I wasted a lot of time for no reason as all and didn’t even get paid for it. Don’t come here again!!! The young girls have rude attitudes. Now I know X this location off my job list!!! Thanks for making my family lose money.

If I could give this McDonald’s less then 1 star I would, they can’t seem to get orders right to save their lives. They are constantly forgetting fries so it’s basically a 2 trip ordeal whenever you go, because you almost always have to go back to get what they forgot to put in (it's hard to tell since they cram as much food as they can into one bag) then you get attitude for their incompetence when you go back through the drive thru to retrieve the forgotten item you paid for.
If I have ever been impressed by the management at a McDonald's it's this one! I wish I would have got her name she she definitely deserves recognition for the simple fact that she takes her job seriously and expects her restraunt to be ran respectfully and diligently by her crew! Props to you girl.

From putting in your order at the speaker to receiving your meal, my experience at this McDonald's location took around 3 minutes. Total!!! Amazing.I say, with the up most confidence, that fast food/ drive-thru times, have gone "thru" the roof. I know you've noticed it. But this location on North Nevada St. (In the Gonzaga district) in North Spokane, absolutely did it right. The gentleman who took my order was prompt and attentive the second I had my window down (As well as patient because I was ordering for someone else too).He repeated my order and gave me my total for the amount due. The reason I like this vs. giving you your total at the 1st window where you normally have to pay is this gives you a moment to get your payment ready ahead of time. This makes your experience faster and for the restaurant to keep power drive-thru times through out the day.After paying, I drove to the second window and within 30 seconds, I had our lunch and a sincere thank you from the lady handing me my food in record time. This was, all around, an almost forgotten experience from long ago. Thank you for a quick and delicious meal that stood up the standard, "fast food".Kid-friendliness: A kids meal at McDonald's has been an American staple and icon for over 40 years. It gives the child a variety in food selection and toys to collect. Also, healthy side choices to choose from other than greasy foods

Seriously one of the worst McDonalds in all of Spokane. Terrible customer service. The employee's I've had the misfortune of interacting with are clearly miserable.I've ordered food here once, and only once, and had to pick up deliveries from this location multiple times. Constantly long wait times for the walk up window, that's IF they even come to the window after you ring the doorbell 4 times over a 10 minute period. Super unimpressed with everything about this location.
