The last few times I was there, the Orange Fanta was very low on syrup. It isn’t like it’s getting low, but set that way. It is this location because I have been at other today to get the same soda and it was fine. This location is cheating the customer on the cheapest item.

Three separate nugget meals all ordered with sweet and sour sauce and not one of them had it included. They also refused to let us purchase a happy meal toy for my four year old so we had to go back through the drive through and purchase an entire happy meal. Worst service ever.

As I was pulling out of drive-thru, they forgot my sundayI reached back and got it. Only to find they forgot 2 of my meals, so we pull thru again. As we get about halfway home my son realized they forgot his shake/fury thing. Guy at window was very nice. He was the reason for any stars.

Went to this location today and lobby was full of people waiting to order and waiting for food orders. Learned like most fast food places that have a drive-thru the drive-thru gets priority so if you order food inside or order food online your order will most likely get pushed back behind drive-thru orders like how everyone in the lobby today was there 20 to 30 minutes waiting on orders that had been placed 10 minutes before showing up.

I lost Mt debit card there and they were kind enough to find it AND put it in the safe...most appreciated!!
I was there tonight 7/20/25. My order was wrong. Around 7:30 PM. So I came back inside the manager has zero customer service. As I’m waiting for my food another customer got their food wrong too. The manger still had an attitude. I was charged for extra ingredients they didn’t use. Fries were old. I specifically asked for fresh fries.

Could be cleaner (dirty walls), and bathroom access is confusing, a regular customer helped me get in the bathroom by pushing a button behind the counter because the staff was too busy
