I was there tonight 7/20/25. My order was wrong. Around 7:30 PM. So I came back inside the manager has zero customer service. As I’m waiting for my food another customer got their food wrong too. The manger still had an attitude. I was charged for extra ingredients they didn’t use. Fries were old. I specifically asked for fresh fries.

Could be cleaner (dirty walls), and bathroom access is confusing, a regular customer helped me get in the bathroom by pushing a button behind the counter because the staff was too busy

They can't get orders right. even ordering through the app. asked for no breakfast sauce as that stuff is gross. sticker on item said no breakfast sauce. open it up and it is drenched in sauce. nasty. I also ordered two of the sausage, and one of them ended up being the steak one. That steak is terrible... like worse than a Salisbury TV dinner. I give up.
Despite everything I can find about this store saying they open at 6 a.m. it turns out if the manager decides he's not going to open the store then he will make you wait. As I am typing this at 6:20 the manager walked out the doors refusing to let us in because they are 'short staffed.' I have been outside here for 20 minutes and the manager was well aware of my presence and could have told me at any time that they weren't opening. I am a regular customer here and I found that to be unacceptable

I have so many problems with this McDonald's, they have very rarely gotten my order correct. I ordered a cheeseburger, no pickles, extra onions. Yet I recieve EXTRA pickles, and NO onions despite the label on the burger saying no pickles.

They forgot my chicken nuggets. I got my sauces but not the nuggets. My guess is because the crew got distracted by another customer coming in and trying to get a specific toy. This was frustrating because I paid for the item but didn't get it. This is my go to location because the other locations near me have let me down.

Excellent and efficient service in a very clean restaurant. Outside there can be homeless people occasionally but it does not affect this restaurant negatively at all. Primarily a drive-thru location with street parking.

Its not about the food always, it's not about the setting all the time, and the service doesn't need to be over the top. If they are all good, all the time, I'll be the best customer I can be. This McDonald's does a fantastic job being consistently quality. I've picked this location over others, and other places with 'better food'. Why? Because they never let me down, and they always strive to get it right. Thank you.

Food is always old or burnt. Drove thru people don’t even speak just hold their hands out with the food or for the money.

Approximately 1x per month, my friend and I will attempt to have a meal from this particular location. I order through the app because when we need specific items to be left off burgers or other sandwiches, it's far easier than to request it via drive thru or even at the counter.
Each month they make errors. And I'm not talking like forgetting a condiment. I'm talking about a whole sandwich, or French fries, or purposefully putting ketchup or mustard or onions on items where those things do not belong!
Do they only need to pass kindergarten in order to work there? The reading comprehension is worse than a 3 year old's, and their management is no better. Calling them out on their mistakes does nothing because they will not change. Most of these remedial people who work there make more money than some others I know in completely different lines of work!
There is absolutely no reason these workers cannot read, do math, or learn from their mistakes!
As a manager, DO BETTER. BE BETTER. STOP BEING IGNORANT AND INCOMPETENT.
