It's sad for what they charge and what employees makes and they still can't get it right. Mc Donald's has been in business long enough they should have fry making g down to a science. Nope no one cares anymore. First round fresh where cold and way undercooked. Hmm one minute call then done? Not sure what happe ed. Took them back asked for another box. Second bow was still undercooked and caked in grease. Really you can't see the grease dripping g off those frys? Not even a golden color to them. Worst experience ever. McDonald's has gone down hill big time.

I wouldn't call myself a fast food connoisseur but I sure do love McDonald's but this McDonald's in particularly went above and beyond Miranda at the front counter with amazing energy as soon as I walked in the door greeting me even though she was busy and Cindy going around wiping down tables asking if we were okay and if I needed anything else they are absolutely amazing and I will definitely be coming to this McDonald's more often

It's an okay McDonalds can be kinda slow some days but it's Airway Heights they are used to slow so when it gets busy they just don't have a lot of practice ya know?

there have been multiple times that i have sat in the drive thru for more than 20 mins waiting for my food. i have also seen multiple gang fights and fights happen outside of the restaurant. the food is fine but they often forget to put in sauces. indian trail mcdonald’s is better.

Food quality has really gone down hill. The best part of my meal was my Coca Cola. Definitely not up to franchise standard. Hard, dry, stale, cold, ect. Needs to do better.

I ordered for curbside pickup. Everything was cold. Had to put it in the air fryer. Missing 2 cheeseburgers and a mc chicken

Had to peal of the toppings when it was placed and ordered without them. I didn't receive my receipt. Works were Ill-mannered, took a while to get a decently small order done, and closed the windows before I was able to finish speaking, completely disregarded the rest of the question and sending us off.
