This isnât the first time Iâve had issues there, especially when theyâre busy. When things get hectic, the staff often donât pay attention to customizations in the order, and this has happened multiple times.
This time, I ordered a double beef burger. I made sure to customize it and selected no bacon, because I donât eat pork for religious reasons. But when I got my order, it wasnât even a doubleâit was just a regular burger. I told them, and they gave me a new one, but this time they added bacon.
When I told them again that I donât eat bacon and I had asked for no bacon, they said, âGive it back, weâll take it off.â I explained that even if they remove it, I still canât eat it, because if any pork fat touches the food, it becomes forbidden for me.
Then they told me to wait off to the side instead of in line at the drive-thru. I waited all that time, got delayed, and it wasnât even my fault. Still, I was the one who lost time and had to deal with the stress. In the end, I just gave them back the sandwich and said I didnât want anything anymore.
Itâs not fair that I had to suffer for their mistake.

One time I did sit down in the restaurant. I was so glad that they had a nice clean bathroom to go into. Whoever is in charge of the front end is doing a great job. However i do have one pet peeve and that is forgetfulness. Long story short, as for me personally? I am a such a big fan of bbq and/or sweet and sour sauce.
Unfortunately, more often than not, McDonaldâs will forget my bbq and/or sweet and sour sauce after confirming it in my order. Itâs frustrating because it happens almost every time we go there.
So I decided the next time I order sauce I will be checking the bag before leaving to make sure that they did not forget our sauces.

I just now ordered food and didn't get it they delivered it somewhere else they didn't even text me or call me so nobody even knows so I'm out 25.00 and something because McDonald's doesn't deliver the food right Google put the wrong address on there I put the right address and somehow it got changed but nobody has responded I need my food I'm hungry

Don't serve fries unless they're fresh. Turn up the heat and I can't say much for atmosphere because it's McDonald's. You get what you get. Food good and service great
There food was hot and freshly made very clean there as well

One of the only places I feel I can go in and eat on site. It was 30° out this morning and sitting in the corner, under a vent, there was actually cold air blowing on me. The entire lobby was so cold I put my jacket back on. NOT COOL! The manager politely told me he was not able to adjust the temp or control the thermostat. In 2025, why can't this be adjusted by the manager? Or if you don't trust them, do it via internet and phone. Either way, I have to wonder why the air was blowing at 30° outside? Set it to the recommended (heat in Winter) and let it do it's job.
Parking: The reserved spot for on-line order pick ups have as many spots as dine-in customers. About 10 each. Uber and such get the closest parking to the door.

Well. You know, McDonald's is McDonald's. The reason I give them a 5 star rating is because they are clean, the food is always hot off the grill, the staff is friendly no matter how busy, it's within walking distance of my house so in the winter when the roads are bad I can walk, I only have to wait a few minutes when the rush hour is happening, and even though the food probably isn't the best choice nutrition wise, it still is filling. And hot. My biggest complaint for 90% of the restaurants in Spokane is that the food is cold when it is served. At least here at McDonald's the food is fresh and it's hot off the grill. Thank you! And, the special combo ( I forgot what its called) with nuggets, a sandwhich, and fries is affordable for my limited budget. Even if I go just the read a book and drink a senior coffee, to get out of my house for awhile, it's a safe and busy but quiet atmosphere. If you understand what I mean. Thank you staff at this location. You guys do a great job.
