Quite expensive, however, Hannah did a GREAT job, went above & beyond. Greeted me at the door asking if i was doing well & the bowl was very good.

Food and service is always amazing when I go! After coming here at least 10 times and ordering for delivery. Salads and rice bowls are huge. Love their massaged kale salads and rice bowls if I want post-workout fuel and I’m passing through downtown

I walked in and purchased some ginger, lemon, and vinegar shots that were truly superb and was given an amazing level of service from Amelia Caballero and I intend to come back again. Love the company and the people and I recommend anyone to go and enjoy your health optimized the amazing atmosphere and good company!

The food is good but I was left waiting way too long for a to go order. Was there for almost 20 minutes and they forgot about me. When I mentioned this to a girl who was training she was rude to me and even said I could cancel my order after I had already walked away to sit down, it was very odd. I was nice the whole time so I feel like they failed today. She acted rude and like she didn’t care. They were helping new people in line and they were getting their food and I had placed this order far before I had arrived. I would recommend the north location over this location due to this terrible customer service experience.

Second place I went to that I ordered avocado toast and got only a single piece. And for $8.50. Got refunded $8 by an employee who was apparently offended when I wasn’t even rude. Just surprised. I just took it and left since I was with someone and the 93 cents (it was $8.93 after tax) wasn’t worth my time. So it cost me about a dollar to know not to go there again. PS - I buy organic all the time and don’t think that it’s enough to justify the prices.

They have really good smoothies and gluten free options. Does seem expensive for what you're getting but so is everything else.

This and the Indaba on Broadway near the Courthouse have been the only two places in Spokane that the customer service was so bad I just walked out without ordering. It was over a year ago, so maybe it has new employees. But I didn't exist. Oh wait, had that happen with Jack in the Box on Northwest Blvd too. At least they all seem to acknowledge Doordash drivers.

I stop here frequently traveling west to pick up a salad and a smoothie. Super fast and you can order ahead!
