I stop here frequently traveling west to pick up a salad and a smoothie. Super fast and you can order ahead!
I was tired from business trip. I was tired of going around the hotel for breakfast. I felt like not even having coffee. So I found this place looking for a healthy breakfast. I headed to the store around 9am and asked two female ladies what to order. The women gave me various advice and decided on BLUE MAJIK ACAI BOWL. I was handed a blue and red bowl that I never imagined. I took a bite while wondering what it would taste like, and it was so delicious. There were bananas and pineapples...etc inside, so it was an unexpected balance of flavors. I'm so glad I came here. Thanks

Smoothie was full of greens as I like it but wasn’t blended to be smooth. Rice bowl was drowning in the sauce, which was an acceptable vegan ranch.

15 dollars for a generic açaí bowl would have been more if I wanted to add protein. Limited toppings, couldn’t read my name out loud correctly, workers were mostly talking

This place never ceases to amaze me at how horrible it is. I want to continue supporting local businesses but they make it impossible for me to ever consider coming back to this place. It doesn't matter if they have 1 or 15 people in line, you always have to wait 20+ minutes before order is ready, whether you order online or in person. Today I ordered online an hour before coming in thinking my order would be ready to pick up. IT WASN'T!! I came in and they told me it would be ready in a few minutes. That few minutes turned into a 35 MINUTES WAITING!!! I asked them again if and when my order will be ready and they had the nerve to ask me if I ordered online or in person??? WHAT DIFFERENCE IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MAKE??? One employee said they will start it soon and another said they are working on it. I immediately left without saying a word. You can keep my money!! I would never have waited that long if you had simply been honest with me from the beginning instead of lying to my face!! This whole time they only had 6 customers when I came in so I know they weren't busy. Another young lady that came in before me and waited a long time gave up on her order and told them she was leaving. As soon as she left the employees got angry and had an attitude complaining about the customer amongst themselves. What an awful thing to witness. I have never ever been this disgusted by how employees talk in open about their customers behind their backs!!I blame all this on terrible management. DO YOUR JOB!!! Train your employees properly in customer service etiquette! INNOVATE and find ways to speed up your order process!! If not, at the very least try to make your lounge more comfortable and welcoming with better seating instead of the hard stools if you expect your customers to wait in there for such a long time!This place has a great potential, but at the current rate you won't have much customers left if you continue business as usual!

Somehow when waiting for orders it always feels like conversation is more important to the employees than getting orders made. Such a lackadaisical pace, so frustrating
Great breakfast before the show! The girls here were awesome. The recommendations and the conversation were just what the doctor ordered. I’ll be back.

Walked in because my daughter asked me to pick up something. While I was there I thought I would try the Banana Peanut butter toast. For the price of just under $8 I thought I would gert two slices. I was floored when I got my order of just 1 small slice. Save your $ and don't order the $8 banana peanut butter toast!
