Amazing customer service! You always feel welcomed. And the miso peanut salad is out of this world. Freshly cooked food on the go. I’m here on the regular and the salad never misses. But don’t trust me try it for yourself!

It's hard to choose this place considering Panda Express is right next to it and has more options (and you can get more for less), but Miso is fantastic. As long as this place is in the mall, I'll come eat here every chance I get. The specials are always great and the quality is awesome. It's much better than having premade food scooped into a styrofoam to-go box.

I love to get the Teriyaki chicken and rice bowl here. Thank you for providing white/brown rice options, adding plenty of vegetables, amd making everything fresh (the fresher the better).
I ordered the miso and it didn't even look like miso (barely any broth) and was flavorless and gross and on top of that it was like 15 bucks. My friend said his food wasn't very good either,and the staff were rude and very slow. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Slow and Poor service. Very expensive for what you get. Prices have consistently gone up over the last 2 years while portions have gotten smaller. Used to be a great place to eat lunch but lately it’s hit and miss. Most meals end up around $14 with WA/Spokane sales tax.
