I love mod pizza and have always enjoyed coming here but the customer service has continually gotten worse! When mod first opened everyone was so out going with high energy and now they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door, but they always have great pizza so it’s sad!

My family and I just recently visited this pizza place while we waited for the Christmas Tree Lighting and was amazed how fast the service is! The pizza was so good we ended up buying 2 more to enjoy! Thanks for the awesome dinner ?Kid-friendliness: Our 4 year old was hangry and loved how they were very patient with her.

rude staff! I keep giving this location one chance after another thinking maybe it's just the time I'm going in there however, it seems to be super consistent. Every time we walk in we are completely ignored and it takes several minutes for anybody to come over and acknowledge us. The lady asked my name and I said we are going next-door to grab a couple things and will be coming back over how long does it usually take? She rudely responded and said can I get a name? Not one person in here welcome dozen, or made us feel like we were wanted we felt as though we were a burden and were interrupting whatever else it was that they were doing at the time. There were two other ladies in there when we walked in also, and they were standing there, and had not been acknowledged as well. I am very disappointed by this location of the other locations have made us feel this way.

Never disappointing and you can’t beat the deal of being able to add whatever you want without having to pay an extra $1 per ingredient. Y’all should bring back the ricotta cheese though. Getting rid of that actually was disappointing. Lol.

We enjoyed great service and our pizzas were excellent. I recommend the Mad Dog pizza, my grandson's favorite! We enjoyed people watching outside on the busy street outside.
