MOD Pizza

I love MOD pizza . BUT this was my first time going to shadow location and it was the worst service ever! Never had any issues at any other location. Very friendly and fast. There was maybe 5 people in front of us, we waiting in line for an hour! And the manager or lead shift or whatever he was kept yelling rude shit at the people making the pizzas. And Every man I encounter was rude as hell. Would ask anything else after every topping and then got a huge sigh when I said yes. Very rude. Very bad customer service. Do yourself a solid and pick a different location. All of the females seemed to be nice. Was just the guys working.

As a frequent customer at MOD closer to home, I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the pizza here. Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the pizza was cooked to perfection. A great balance of toppings and crispy even pizza base. Delicious!

Let me start by saying that I love the people at this MOD. They are friendly and helpful. They make me want to come back here.

On THIS visit, and I'll be honest, I haven't been in awhile, I noticed that the place just looked a little...um...tired, I guess. There was paint peeling in one of the booths, my seat had crumbs on it, and the table was sticky. This was different from other times I'd been here. There were maybe 3 or 4 other parties dining, so there wasn't a mad rush.

I got my pizza, but it wasn't mine. They re-made it, but it didn't have the "extra" toppings that I always request when I stand at the line and they are preparing my pizza, so it had very little on it. It was mostly crust with a little sauce and cheese. It just wasn't great.

While the man offered to re-make it yet again, I had already waited quite a bit, and my friend was already served, so I just went ahead and took it. It was not great.

Their no-name cakes are worth writing home about, but on this visit to MOD, I was less than impressed with the overall food and atmosphere.

So very very yummy! I love your selection of toppings. The people who work at this store were all so nice, and the store was so clean.

It's like a subway for pizza. I tried a couple of different times but can't find anything I like.

The food is good here. Salad fresh and I could pick my veg and toppings. My one gripe is how you have to walk way round this enclosed patio from your car even if you park pretty near the door.
