Used to eat here weekly, but lately the food is not consistent and the service is either amazing (70% of the time) or the worst I’ve ever had. Stopped in about 15 min before they closed on Monday (tried to submit my order in the app but it wasn’t working), apologized as I walked in for arriving so close to closing and one worker rolled her eyes and loudly said “uh huh! How many pizzas”. I answered “just one”, as she slammed a pizza tray onto the counter and spun around, stomping as she went to the back to retrieve a dough ball. She was visibly furious!!! Unsure if I was being pranked, I looked at the 2 other employees. They were nervously glancing at each other and me, but they didn’t say anything. Just kept wiping stuff down. We could hear some stuff being slammed around in the back, so I said “you know what? forget it. It’s pretty obvious I’ve ruined her night.” as I walked toward the door. One of them said “oh, ok… Sorry about that. are you sure?”. Yeah, I’m sure! Even though I was exhausted and hadn't eaten yet. I had been looking forward to getting a pizza once I was finally on my way home. Not that I need to justify myself, but she has no idea what I’m dealing with. Had no clue what my day had been like. She just felt so righteous about treating me like a POS! It just blew me away. I’ve seen her multiple times. She knows I’m in there often and I get a 1 topping pizza and a cheesy bread! I understand it’s annoying when a customer comes in just as you’re trying to close, but I don’t think 15 mins before close (when the pizza takes 3 mins to cook) warrants that response. She could have just said “hey, I’m sorry but we were just about to lock up” and I would have said no worries and left. But to act like that?? WILD! I’m pretty sure she’s is a lead or something too based on previous visits which just makes it that much worse in my opinion. She often seems irritated and annoyed but I’ve never taken it personal. Maybe I should have. I guess tipping $5 on a $20 order is insulting. I will not return to the Y location.

Notice: Mod puts all the ingredients for all their food on their website. This allowed me, someone who cannot have sugar, to discover that I can in fact eat some of their food! Service was excellent- happy employees, very quick food. Food was excellent- I got a mini size, and it was light so I didn’t feel bloated. Drink options are good- I had black tea that was quite nice. This is a fantastic option for people with allergies because you can pick what you eat. I wish the music inside was a little quieter, though.

Good pizza, the black tea was out and not able to be filled, the pear tea was like water and the berry tea was pretty much out, didn't see that untill we bought the entire family drinks, so that sucked. Only really had soda available.

Normally the pizza is pretty good that comes out of here, but lately I've been finding that even though you may request extra crispy you still end up having to bake your pizza anyways, just as I ended up having to do today. I went in. I ordered my pizza even though it came out really fast, which I appreciate. I still ended up having to take it home and bake it longer which I was really disappointed by because it was another 30 to 45 minutes before I could have my meal after already. Having bad luck at Olive garden because the soup I wanted was out so I had to watch my partner eat his lunch...... Honestly I should have just gone with my appetite which was nil and skipped all meals today.

Ordered 5 pizzas for five people ages 8-52. Everyone picked their own from size, toppings and food allergies. Love that we could meet everyone’s needs.Little to big appetites, dairy free to gluten free to regular. We all loved our pizzas and they were ready for pickup at the time we requested and so delicious. We will be back.

Ordered thru the app, however I had forgotten my password, when I got that all taken care of going thru my email reentering my personal data etc, The link did not take me back to my original order it had disappeared. After recreating my order I went to pay and for some reason the app would not take all my data from google pay I had to dig out my wallet and debit card to enter the 3 digit sec code. I got my order placed and the expected time was given on my order confirmation. I arrived a bit early and the pickup oven person confirmed my order and time for my pizza to be ready. I sat down and waited, and waited and finally I got my pizza it was later than the time by about 5 minutes or so, the guy who cooked it apologized and yes I got my Pizza and it was good. But retrieving my info and resetting my account took quite a bit of time and stress the overall experience before I got there in that regards was a drag. I will go again as I like their pizzas.
