The "Most Excellant" I've had in a very long time! The menu is huge, can't wait to try other dishes.

What ever you guys are doing, keep it up!

This is not your typical cheap Mexican restaurant. There are no chimichangas and mexi fries. The food is truly authentic, made with love & hard labor and it really shows. If you’re looking for a great time with fancy drinks and delicious food. This is your place!

10/10 across the board. Everything was great from the moment we walked in the door. Great for a dinner night or even a family night out

Mole Mexican Restaurant is a gem in Spokane's culinary scene, offering an authentic and vibrant take on Mexican cuisine that is both comforting and elevated. The mango Habanero is so amazing.

First time at Molé, some of our order was good and other things were a bit over rated. Didn’t like the Esquite Callejero, prefer a roasted corn and a tangier flavor. Their version of rib-eye fajitas was disappointing and difficult to eat. Had to cut up the meat smaller. It could have been better. Felt like this restaurant was a bit over rated from all the hype.

The food was very delicious, but when I tried the fried squid, which is the dish that appears in appetizers, it didn't taste almost like squid. I think they only put fried flour on the plate because that's the only thing I noticed when eating them.

First time dining here tonight, and I will agree with others that the atmosphere is loud. As anticipated, a reservation on a Saturday evening was needed. The food was quite delicious and the drinks were tasty, but what cast a negative light on the whole experience was the service. Our server presented as frazzled, frustrated, and rushed. And she continued to rush us through the duration of the meal, literally snatching plates away from our appetizers to trade out for main courses. Her mood was poor and she lacked professional courtesy. Our checks were brought abruptly and vacuuming of the restaurant began right at 9pm while we were still seated and wrapping up. So overall I wouldn’t go out of my way to return here, and I can’t say I would recommend, unless you’re just in it for the food.

Visited Mole for the first time last night. The food was very good, the service was excellent and the cocktails were great. The mole tamales were very authentic. I will say the portions of the sides were very small but over all it was balanced and satisfying. The habenaro ribeye was full of flavor and it's presentation was excellent. One of the members got the chili rellleno and she stated it was the best she had in town. We will go back to try this establishment again.

The interior is very nice, and they've done a great job making it feel like an inviting spot. Food was good, but it didn't make me go "wow" for the price. Was a little annoyed they did an auto-grat, but it is what it is.

Food was great but flies everywhere. Nothing better than a 35$ plate of food with flies on it.

This place has awesome food and drinks. Our server could not have been nicer and was very attentive to us. We had the nachos and a few custom drinks. The nachos were amazing and the drinks were spectacular. Would recommend a reservation they are busy. Would eat there again or just go for drinks and an app.. bar is tiny i think they had 6 seats.. so book before you go.

This restaurant was one of the most amazing experience I’ve ever had, Carly was amazing and she guided us through the menu and gave us the best recommendations we could’ve ever asked for. We went as a party of three, and if I had to do it over again, choosing 3 to 4 dishes, I would choose exactly the dishes that Carly recommended to us, this is by far the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been in in my life, and I’ve been to many places across the entire country and world trying different places of all various cuisines. If you do not come here, it is your loss 1000%!
