I REALLY want to love Molé. Their food is awesome, but the rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired. I agree with other reviews that the restaurant is loud and service is slow.You basically have to yell at whenever you are with to carry conversation, even at a two person table. The couple times we have dined here, it took 15+ minutes for someone to take our DRINK order. The last time we went, we just decided to skip drinks and just do dinner. Your waiter will also not check in on you. For whatever reason, they will pack the house full, but only have 1-2 servers. I'm just not sure it's really worth it.

Reservation for 4 - we went into dinner already aware service would be slow. In the 2 hours we were there visiting with friends that we hadn’t seen in quite sometime - we only had the attention of the server to order 3 rounds of drinks. Once the tab was paid, it wasn’t 5 mins following that the hostess was at our table asking us to leave due to there being another reservation waiting for our table… although there were a total of 5 (we counted) tables for 4 available in our immediate surroundings. As a restaurant owners ourselves, if there was a need to vacate our table based on timing, a notice prior to our seating would’ve been appropriate. To come over and convey that we have over stayed our time because “your reservation was done 15 minutes ago” was a bit much. Not to mention the delivery was less than impressive. All in all, I think in the two times we’ve tried… the service/staffing being as inadequate as is on top of the rude and unprofessional customer care from the hostess, sadly we will not be returning.

Our experience was a total let down. One server for the entire restaurant and they were taking food delivery orders. If you cannot serve the customers in your establishment I feel you shouldn’t do the other.Food was overpriced and mediocre, nothing came hot and 40 minutes wait while the table next to us got theirs in 5 min. I ordered the seafood enchiladas, corn tortillas - nope, came out with flour tortillas and all drenched in sauce. Cold beans that were like paste and they’re ‘ micro greens’ of parsley all over the plate. Plating didn’t match the item and the portions were inconsistent.$80 for 3 people, poor service and mediocre food. Ambience is great and that was it.

We had a lovely 22nd birthday dinner for our daughter. We had a party of 10 and it was good that a few guests arrived in stages because there was only one server for the entire restaurant and she was nice but service was incredibly slow. Drinks took 20 minutes to get back to the table and she could only take 4 at a time. However, food and drink were good and our daughter was happy. When my husband finally had to track down our check, he couldn’t see well without glasses and asked me to add the tip. Because I didn’t look at the entire bill, I missed that they had already and very commonly added gratuity. So I tipped generously and we left thinking it was far more expensive than the service deserved but also that we didn’t think the amount of food we got added up either. Oh well. Happy Birthday daughter. But then I looked at our receipt the following morning and realized we tipped 40% on a mediocre meal and ok service. When I called to have the tip adjusted, I never received a response. Generally, it is noted somewhere, that gratuity is included on large groups. A $700+ bill for $325 worth of food. Yikes.I wasn’t asking for the entire top to be refunded. I think 25% for great service is enough. Exceptional service provided by more than one person…. I wouldn’t have said a thing. I would’ve been happy with a $100 gift card.

Very busy on a Friday night, which is usually a good sign. The food was above average for Gringo Mexican, but I've had some really good Mexican food in Mexico, so my standards may be a little skewed. Service was adequate and I think they were short staffed tonight, so kudos to the servers. But the acoustics of the space are terrible. Hard floors, walls and ceilings make the place a giant echo chamber. Had to yell to hold a conversation at our table of 4. Everyone else was yelling too, so it was like dinning at a Seahawks game.
My expectations for the food were low but WOW was it bad.Terrible rice. Terrible beans. Raw tortillas. Bland.Overpriced small portions.The staff were nice at least.

We had a wonderful meal at Mole Restaurant in Spokane's Kendall Yards. Great menu with delicious Mexican food. The Mole Rojo Enchiladas were the highlight for me. Everything we ordered was superb. Location is wonderful - a charming street next to the Centennial Trail with a view of the River. We will definitely return to order the Mole Negro and other items on their menu. Highly recommend!

I've been here many times for events, business, catching up with old friends. It's pretty busy usually, the food is excellent and it comes out quickly. It has a good view if you can get a spot outside.
